We stay here when ever we come to visit our daughter. We can count on consistent quality.

What is completely unacceptable is the false advertising. The hotel continues to advertise a hot tub, which was the ONLY reason we booked this property. To be certain, I called the hotel the day before our arrival and specifically asked if both the pool and hot tub were open and fully operational. I was explicitly told they were. When we arrived, we were informed that the hot tub had actually been removed quite some time ago. The staff admitted they have been trying to get corporate to remove it from the website but that it still hasn't been corrected. That is not an excuse. If you know an advertised amenity no longer exists, you should not continue accepting reservations from guests who are booking based on that feature. We paid a premium price for amenities that were falsely advertised and simply did not exist. Had the listing been accurate—or had I been told the truth when I called—we would have booked a different hotel. This experience felt deceptive, and I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here to verify every advertised amenity before booking.

Clean room, comfortable beds, and the staff was very nice and friendly. The area is in a nice area. I will be coming back next time I come to town.

Plus there was no way to turn down the AC in the lobby so it was hot when you had several families in there at one time. Other than that, we loved our stay.

I loved everything about this hotel. Nothin not to like it was perfect

The staff are very helpful and nice, especially Fatima. The king suite was huge with two separate rooms divided by a door. The room smelled like stale Doritos. Fatima offered to change us, but we were only staying two nights. Shower had great hot water, but the diverted handle didn’t work so half pressure on main head and handheld. AC units are noisy and curtains didn’t block sunlight or freeway noise well. 1970s ceiling fan over the bed was quaint and comical. Free breakfast was worth what it cost. The location was great for what we needed. It wasn’t a bad experience and it met our needs. It was overpriced compared to other cities and other hotels. The hotel.com rating is inflated. I would rate it a 6.8 at what we paid a 7 if the price was 20% lower. I’m sure we paid a World Cup premium.

The worse Hampton Inn we ever stayed in. Very old building and everything should be updated. Train on one side of the building and highway on the other side. Very loud! Do not recommend.

The hotel staff was excellent. We got in late. Had reservations with Hotels.com. I had paid $900 for the room. I was told by hotel that hotel.com canceled my reservations but the hotel staff did everything they could to get us a room I will not be using hotel.com anymore.

We enjoy Hampton Inn and it is a great, consistent, hotel that we stay in often when traveling for business. This hotel was the same. Good services, breakfast and a good bed to sleep in.
