Holiday Inn & Suites Overland Park West by IHG

Room was comfy and clean, pool was great, hot tub was ok- kind of small. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was that you have to pay for breakfast even though it was very comparable to standard continental breakfast we’ve had included at other hotels. Kids were free though so that helped.

The pool is not like pictured but it was a nice pool. The hot tub is always a plus.

I enjoyed my stay and found the hotel clean and of good quality. However, it was the most expensive hotel of my road trip and, unlike all my other stays—even those costing half as much—it did not include breakfast. Complimentary breakfast would greatly improve the value and overall guest experience.

Clean rooms, cold AC and hot showers. Water pressure wasn’t the best but the water was at least hot. Beds were comfy and pillows were as well. Staff was all very nice and professional and they kept the property pretty clean.

Great location. Room had a comfortable chair and ottoman. Bed was very comfortable. Sink was new but tub was old. Water pressure in shower was terrible. TV sometimes lost sound and had to be unplugged to reboot. Maintenance man said new TVs had been ordered. Lobby area was spacious and attractive with many areas for small groups to gather.

My stay was amazing , very comfortable, spaces you can lounge in was the best! The bar area perfect and the pool amazing . I did lose my Stanley cup somewhere, very sad but it’s ok ! I would definitely go back! Thanks

They stayed open late for a late check-in

Loved the breakfast at the attached restaurant. Plentiful and delicious. Bedding comfortable. Nice bathroom. Will come again. Reasonable price.

Clean room. Hot water only lasted 10 minutes in the shower. Some outlets did not work. Fairly priced
