Mold, peeling tub, baseboard falling apart exposing wires. Open air gap between windows.

The noise. People were really loud at 3 am kept us awake.

we booked this stay through Expedia and when my parents got there, we needed to change from a single to a double. The staff was great and made the change even though booked third party. I knew my parents were in great hands. great customer service hands down.

I do not recall my room number, but it was on the suites side and on floor 1 closest to the back door.

I left a pair of subscription glasses in the room when we checked out. I left 2 messages with housekeeping executive and 1 with the general manager. No response at all. I called the front desk and was put on hold fo 15 minutes. I hung up without an opportunity to leave a message. I would still like to get the $500.00 glasses back but communication with the hotel is nonexistent.

Rooms were nice. We stayed in a suite with two queen beds. Staff was very helpful

We chose this hotel in part because it had a pool, so we were disappointed to find out that the pool was closed for the entire weekend due to maintenance. We understand that maintenance issues can come up, but since this was one of the main amenities we specifically chose the hotel for, it was frustrating that there was no discount or other accommodation offered for the inconvenience. Had we known ahead of time that the pool would be unavailable, we likely would have chosen a different hotel. Overall, the stay was fine, but the lack of communication and compensation for a major advertised amenity being unavailable was disappointing.

Clean, easy highway access, comfortable Nothing negative to say

The hotel is in a great location. The staff was professional and kind. The pool states that only guests can be in the pool area yet one group continued to open the door for people and their party ended up totaling around 30. Those of us who paid for our room and the privilege of using the pool, had zero room as their kids were jumping, diving, chasing, using water guns, in the very small pool. The hot tub was out of order.

The pool was nice Check in took over 30 minutes because the line was long and there was only one person checking people in even though there were three computers. The hot tub wasn’t working.
