Jason desk staff on duty took care to move me immediately after that awful shower experience to another room. He was blocking that room unavailable and put in a work order for maintenance before assigning it out again. Jason was very helpful, yet not his fault, my next room better bathroom but told him one side of the bed had actually cheetoh's pieces on that side of the bed which meant no one had vacuumed or only did one side of the bed. Totally unacceptable so I just slept some and left well before checking out because didn't even want to be in the room anymore.

The pool was shut down by the Johnson County Health Department, which forced them to drain and clean everything in the pool/hot tub and surrounding areas. We had called before booking to make sure the pool was open, and we were told it was. After checking in, it was shut down for a “random” inspection, and we were told it would take about 15 minutes. After waiting a couple hours, it was confirmed that there were serious health issues and would not reopen until they were able to pass inspection. Second time in 2 stays my family has had a bad experience with an IHG property. 5 years ago was our last time dealing with IHG, and they stole A LOT of money from me because they “could not” figure out how to fix their mistake of double charging us for a vacation in Omaha

This is one our places to stay when it is with the whole fam. We love the room and the comfortable beds. This time it was just 2 of us, so we had a smaller room, while not at all like the suite, it was still nice and comfy. The restaurant that is inside the hotel is perfect, great atmosphere and the food was excellent.

Room was comfy and clean, pool was great, hot tub was ok- kind of small. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was that you have to pay for breakfast even though it was very comparable to standard continental breakfast we’ve had included at other hotels. Kids were free though so that helped.

The pool is not like pictured but it was a nice pool. The hot tub is always a plus.

Good spot to stay, only issue was the AC in the room couldn’t keep up and room got hot and muggy at times.

I enjoyed my stay and found the hotel clean and of good quality. However, it was the most expensive hotel of my road trip and, unlike all my other stays—even those costing half as much—it did not include breakfast. Complimentary breakfast would greatly improve the value and overall guest experience.

Comfortable room and clean. Good breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub.

Clean rooms, cold AC and hot showers. Water pressure wasn’t the best but the water was at least hot. Beds were comfy and pillows were as well. Staff was all very nice and professional and they kept the property pretty clean.
