Good location When I checked in the kiosk that was handed to me to fill out my information was so dirty. It looked like the base had never been dusted. There was an elderly couple in the lobby hanging out on their phones with their bare feet up on the furniture. I should have not checked in at that point. Upon arriving to my room, I found it to be completely filthy and filled with furniture in really bad shape and what looked like a cot for a bed. The balcony outside my room was crumbling and also had syringe caps lying on the ground. After about an hour I decide that I did not feel safe or comfortable staying here. Once I got back to the lobby to check out the same elderly couple was still there.

Nothing, the hotel was dilapidated, the room had stains on the floor, sick, appliances, and bathroom.
-
Dirty room, no remote, shampoo, conditioner and cups. I think this room was not cleaned.

They were unable to accommodate for handicapped needs and said I had to cancel through the booking app. I was unable to do that because I had no internet service. Once in the room, the shower wall had hair on it, and there was a used sock under the chair.

Nothing Water not hot Dog barking 9 am housekeeping asking me if I was checking out. I texted desk to make sure they knew I was checking out at 10:45 am and to let housekeeping know. They don’t read text. One person at desk I couldn’t understand, other I could understand. One end of stair going upstairs smelled bad. Perhaps from dogs. Bath tub missing stopper.

The one thing that I did like was, they had soft water. The room in my opinion could have been a lot cleaner. The facility could also be a little bit better maintained.

WHEN I GOT THERE, THERE WAS NO ROOM AVAILABLE, AND THE TWO OPTIONAL ROOMS HE GAVE ME, ONE HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED (BED UNMADE), AND THE OTHER ROOM HAD SUITCASES IN IT. THE LOBBY SMELLED, AND THE PROPERTY OUTSIDE IS RUNDOWN, CHIPPING CONCRETE, AND RUSTED STAIRS. I HAVE NEVER GIVEN A NEGATIVE REVIEW ANYWHERE, AND EXTENDED STAY NEEDS TO KNOW. I GOT MY MONEY BACK. The clerk spoke enough English to help me. AND HONESTLY THAT IS ALL GOOD I CAN SAY BOUT THIS EXPERIENCE.

Never been to a hotel that had zero amenities. In fact you had to pay for wifi

The worst place I have ever stayed. Dirty, poorly maintained and just sad...

I was only able to stay at this property but the staff was amazing and friendly. But their property is not their fault of how run down the place is. I was only able to stay 1 hour and that was to see if I could be reasonable to air out the non-smoking room from the horrible toxic smell of cigarrets. I had to leave bc I had to children with me and my throat started to close up. Staff tried to downgrade me from a king to queen and that room was worst. The pictures on the internet are false. This place is truly run down. People dont care about the non-smoking room. They need to purify the spaces. Upgrades needed bad or they have an owner who truly doesnt care about his property.

The location was good and the price was right. I have two complaints: 1)My room number was #124, that floor had not been moped in, as my mother would say, "Months and Sundays." It was filthy. We actually went to Walmart, purchased a mop and cleaners to mop it ourselves. We had to mop it twice. Our shoes and socks were sticking to the floor. 2) We had to slam the door in order for it to close. I know it disturbed the people in the rooms next to us, because it disturbed me. Then after about 3 days of slamming it, it did not want to close, so we had to resort to picking up on the door to get it to close. We reported it, so hopefully the issue will be resolved prior to the next occupants.

It was a good price and the area was nice but they can take care of the outside a little better.
