La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Kansas City Lenexa

El hotel esta muy mal mantenido,muy sucio, me he hospedado en la quinta en muchos lugares pero este fue decepcionante. El desayuno muy feo de sabor. En la piscina muy sucio , tampoco habian toallas de piscina

When we arrived on the third floor, the area near the elevator was not clean. There was food/trash on the floor, which did not give a good first impression of the property. Also, during the night the AC unit in our room made a very loud noise. The sound was disturbing and made it difficult to sleep. I hope the hotel can improve the cleanliness and maintenance for future guests.

Hallway had a weird smell and the carpet, sofa/sitting area chairs have stains on them. not very welcoming. staff was good and the breakfast served was good.

The room was a bit dirty and the whole place looks run down.

DON’T STAY HERE.

Rooms were not cleaned or swept. I had no choice of getting another hotel since I was running short on time. Will not stay again.

Older property, the renovations were not done very well making the room just look dirty. Thin walls, could hear people in the hallway in the early morning. Breakfast would be nice until 10 on weekends.

Cracks in door, paint smell in room.

Not a good experience

Drawn in by the low rate. Parking lot was covered in glass. Building is dated and floors are not flat, with some very sudden jumps in height which could be a trip hazard. The room was very sparsely furnished and the AC unit rattled. The light in the bathroom was out. Beds, sheets and towels were clean at least. Didnt bother to stop for breakfast.

Also when you have conflicting instructions, staff should know which is the correct one.

The air conditioning was terrible. It was hot in the room. The room was dirty and the refrigerator was covered in mold on the inside.

The room appliances were old and filthy. No coffee in the room, carpeta were old. It look really poor to what we normally expect in La Quinta Inn

Room hadn’t been cleaned - dirt on the floor and bathroom counters not wiped down from sticky red residue. Asked for a room change and the second was worse. Different types of hair all over the bed and the sheets, dirty floor, and shower had shampoo residue everywhere. Staff was less than helpful and never acknowledged or apologized for the inconvenience. Checked out immediately.

room door was jammed and hard to open and close bathroom was extremely small and hot, could not get dressed in bathroom, had to have husband leave the room in order for daughters to get dressed breakfast was not appealing and had the exact same thing 4 days in a row toilet was not flushing had to keep removing back to raise lever so the water will fill back up in the tank musty smell in halls

Travel ball dad here….hard to find a legit reasonable price hotel….but this one was great…got the 2 double beds room….nice clean and spacious bed were comfortable…breakfast wasn’t 5 star but it works…you definitely shouldn’t go hungry in the morning…the hotel is literally buy the mall so you have nothing but shopping in the area and great food spots at your disposal

Older hotel that has been dressed up a little. At times the hallway smelled like pot. Their fix, bathroom spray. Took 2 days to getting a working TV and the pool was small. Clean cheap room with a hot breakfast. If on a budget not bad. And it's not in a bad neighborhood. Easy and fast to get downtown.

Absolutely the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Had a funeral to attend in Stilwell, KS. Drove up from Texas last minute and had to book here due to FIFA cup going on. Sheets were stained, bathroom sink would not drain, floor was dirty....i could go on and on. The staff was told about the stained sheets and the bathroom sink, no response! Terrible place! LaQuinta won't ever be on my list again....

They cleaned my room every day I didn’t have DND on the door! Super awesome Pool closed before 10pm
