Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. Not much selection for breakfast but that was the only down side of my stay.
-
Hotel obviously older. Room had a funky smell but was clean. Towels pretty thin. Breakfast OK but not great.

Our room was clean. The clerks were friendly and breakfast was good.

The hallways had a strong unpleasant smell, and both the hallways and main lobby were extremely hot and uncomfortable. The hotel felt dated overall. The TV in the room was outdated, the Wi-Fi signal was weak and made uploading videos very slow, and the toilet seat in our room was broken. We also had to make multiple trips to the front desk for basic items. Pool towels had to be checked out instead of being available in the pool area, and there were no blankets or bedding provided for the sofa bed, so we had to go downstairs to get them. The pool and hot tub were the best parts of the stay. Both were enjoyable, and the pool water appeared clean, although the pool area itself showed noticeable wear. Breakfast offered a decent variety, including waffles, bagels, muffins, yogurt, fruit, hard-boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and mini chocolate-frosted donuts. Unfortunately, the quality didn’t match the selection. The biscuits were dry, and the gravy was not very good. Overall, breakfast was just average. Between the broken toilet seat, weak Wi-Fi, worn facilities, unpleasant odor, hot common areas, and the extra trips to the front desk for basic necessities, the hotel did not feel like a good value for the price. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Do not stay here. I chose this hotel based on the pictures and description on Expedia. When we checked in, it was clear that the pictures were outdated/misleading as to what the property actually is like. The pictures shown on Expedia are brighter and make the hotel look newer and nicer than it is. Everything in reality is dingy and dirty. Upon entering the room, I saw hair in the toilet. The drain on the sink was broken, so that the sink did not drain. One of the lights didn’t work in the room. It was very dark and dingy with stains everywhere. At first, I decided to just stick it out. We went to use the pool and there was a sign saying that you had to get towels from the front desk, one per person, and you couldn’t take them to the room meaning you have to walk through the hotel damp. We went to the front desk to get a towel, and the two staff members were watching the security camera calling a guest a curse word loudly multiple times. When we got their attention, the towel had holes in it. The pool is tiny and both it and the hot tub were cloudy. It was very difficult to sleep as we could hear any time anyone was walking around. The air conditioner was extremely loud. Breakfast was undercooked, very few items, and watered down juice. There was also a sign saying not to take food to guest rooms. I decided to move hotels and ask for a refund based on the overall low quality of the hotel. They would only refund one night of the three. I would never stay here again.

Thanks!

We have stayed here before and it was better than others in the area so we came back. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was a bit ‘ho hum’ but we don’t eat much anyway. The faucet in our room was a bit dodgy because the handle wasn’t attached. The plug in the sink didn’t work either so you just wash your face with the water running. We will likely stay here again next time we are in Lenexa.

The room was okay. The bed was very comfortable. The decor was dated. The bathroom door wouldn’t fully shut and no exhaust fan. It was good for night’s stay. Breakfast offering was okay but no eggs. It was quiet and not crowded which was nice. All in all a good value.

They charge a $50 fee for im guessing damages and the guy at the front desk was unsure if we would get that back or not.
-
Low quality in general, e. g. Toilet seat was cheap plastic, poorly installed. No ventilation and no functioning exhaust fan in bathroom.
-
The place needs an update. Small TV and not much of a breakfast for the price.
-
The staff was courteous and helpful.

Price was decent, the front desk clerk that checked us in was pleasant and friendly. We were not impressed that they put us next to a resident who was known to be loud and disruptive all night long. We had to get up at 4 am and tell her to be quite We were trying to sleep. When we mentioned it at the front desk, we were told that we should have called the front desk and they would have taken care of it. They should have walked the hall to check, knowing how she is. The continental Breakfast needs some help also. The bagels was stale, the gravy, eggs were runny and there was no batter for waffles. It was a hard pass for us.

It isn't anything fancy but a very nice place. It's well maintained and clean, the sheets were exceptionally soft and the mattress comfortable. I would have liked some meat with the breakfast but I'm a carnivore. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The gym was a gym in name only as the equipment was old and poorly maintained - unusable. Wi-Fi did not work in my room and even in the lobby I had minimal connection. There was an empty hand sanitizer stand beside the elevator on our floor. Rooms are old and in severe need of renovation. No real attention to cleanliness although the breakfast area was maintained. My only positive comment is that the staff were friendly.

Can’t cancel reservations. Even when made and attempted to cancel well in advance.

During my check-in, the staff member was engaged in a conversation with another guest, recounting a negative experience with a previous customer. The nature of this discussion was unprofessional and inappropriate for a public setting. Our assigned room was warm and had a musty odor. The bathroom layout is problematic, with the door positioned too close to the toilet, restricting movement. The floor tiles around the toilet were loose and lifting, and the toilet paper dispenser was inconveniently located. The shower's water pressure was low, and the unit itself was excessively noisy. Furthermore, the bed comforters had dark stains, and the window curtain was torn.

The two staff I spoke with was very friendly and professional. The hot tub was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. The pool had a few bugs in it, but otherwise was very clean. The rooms on the other hand, needed a lot of work. At first they seemed clean, as they smelled fresh, but there were stains on almost everything but the floor. The lamp shade, the curtain, the chairs, the bedding, the towels.. it wasn’t the worst it could be, but to pay $260 for a couple of rooms for one night.. it could have been a lot more clean. They are doing renovations it looks like, as there are mattresses stacked up out back and storage bins on the side of the building. I don’t fault the employees—I fault the people who stay and destroy property that’s not theirs. It’s just terrible.

Good place to stay, quiet. Breakfast was ok. Wish they had more options. Room was good.

Clean and well maintained. Older property but safe & clean. Easy check in
