Good hot breakfast. Clean room. Great location

The only negative comments I would make is our shower dripped even when turned off and it did not drain very fast. Otherwise the rooms are very clean and maintained. I like the fact that they offer a small refrigerator and microwave. Also the breakfast is nice, not just cereal but a hot breakfast. Would be nice if they would change it up a little bit we were there for a week and it was the same each morning. Otherwise the whole stay was very pleasant and located nicely to the highway.

Great location; everything you need is in easy proximity. The room is definitely showing its age, but it was still comfortable and clean. The toilet may be the lowest I’ve ever seen, but that’s part of the property’s age.

I stay here twice a year when I'm in town for the Nascar race weekend. Never disappointed. Very nice breakfast buffet. Rooms are nice and clean and have never had any complaints about the staff.

The beds were comfortable and the room seemed clean. The Breakfast was very good. The room thermostat was stuck on 67 and we were cold. The hot water in the shower trickled out meaning showers were cool. In a cold room! The Hot Tub produced thick, heavy foam, which is a clear sign of dirty, contaminated water. Overall, we will probably not return. WHY only one facial tissue in the box under the sink. The attempt to have a few high notes with a lot of details lacking, conveys a lack of attention to detail, which communicates, we cut every corner we can.

Parking wasnt great, especially coming back really late. They need more parking. I was having to park next door at an abandoned Dennys. Helevator was questionable. Breakfast wasnt great. Staff was nice and rooms were clean. Not bad, no big complaints.

Hotel was very clean and smelled good as soon as I walked in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Great coffee. I loved the fluffy pillows. Bed was comfy. We didnt use the pool or laundry so no comment can be made on those. I recommend this hotel. We were there four nights.

Nice hotel and great location right off the highway and new business access with a Trader Joe's and 30Hop very close. We used the pool, which was huge for a hotel, and the hot tub. Only complaint was the gal checking us in was helping another customer and waiting for text replies from her manager to see if this guy could have a third dog in his room. We stood there for over 15 minutes and she easily could have got us our key so we could drop our bags and make our dinner plans, but we listened to questions about whether or not these were service dogs and questions about what they were trained to do. I finally asked as she was just standing there with this guy if we could ;please get our keys and thankfully she did, but we were almost late to what we were staying there for to celebrate our anniversary. what do you do?

Furniture in the room is old, wobbly and worn out. The bathroom was okay but small. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. The pool and hot tub were excellent. Breakfast was hot and delicious 😋.

The heater in the room did not work. It was very cold in there, and would not warm up. My husband went to the front desk to get extra blankets and a heater. That helped.

This was a great value and a good location. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fresh and well stocked. The room was spacious and clean. Value was excellent and the room was quiet.

I always stay here when in KC. Rooms are always clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast is good.

We have stayed there many times over the past 6 years while visiting relatives nearby sadly it’s not as well kept as it once was. It was 95 degrees outside and the air conditioner was either shut off for the season or didn’t work. They had fans for us to to use in the room. Very hard sleeping! This was also the case this past march when we stayed there, no air conditioning just a fan. That is twice this year we have been disappointed there. We will no longer be staying there while in town

It was clean and easy to get around the room. staff was nice and polite.

Nice place with friendly staff.

The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast has a lot of options. The location is easy to find and access. It’s a good value for the price.
