2nd time stayed here. This time with lots of FiFA World Cup fans from all over the world. Wish them great luck, not just enjoy the game, but the city and the friendship we gave to them.

It was also listed as an accessible room but was not (unless you count a grab bar in the slippery tub/shower).

We were in town for the World Cup and this hotel was perfect. We were close enough to easily access all of the fan experiences and there were plenty of food and drink options close by (many within walking distance). The hotel suite we had was spacious, and I loved that it has 2 full bathrooms! Every space was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and incredibly nice. We would absolutely choose this hotel for any return trip to KC.

AC in the room was stuck in the on position. We endured the first night then told the front desk and he said he would pass it on to maintenance. We were gone all day and came back in the evening, still not fixed. The man at the front desk explained that all rooms were like that, there was a broken part on the roof. He offered a small space heater and extra blanket. Little help, it was like sleeping in a meat locker, temp never got above 62 degrees in the room. Will not stay there again.
