Worst experience ever, not clean, not friendly

The staff was quick to get me extra towels when I went down to request them. It felt highly unsafe!!! I was uncomfortable staying there as a single woman with kids. The room is falling apart. The bottom sheet on the bed had been put on while it was still wet!

My bed smelled like cat urine . I complain and they did nothing. Never change my bath towels. Trash was never taken out. Floors were never swept. And the worst part is the area. Smells like weed real back. Even through the vents.

Their motto should be Stay Away, America

Smelled like cat pee, a 2x4 was hold on up a broken shelf, mold, shower was disgusting, and a/c unit leaked so bad it flooded the room. We couldn’t get moved because all other rooms were taken. They just brought towels to clean it.

It said a spa was there and front deck receptionist said there wasn't one. Was told they could process because of power outage. Dirty towels in lower cabinet. Kids screaming outside for hours. Said there was breakfast there wasn't very deceiving.

The Good: The only reason this is a two star review instead of a one star is because there were absolutely no pest issues, the AC worked well, & the linens were all very clean. Those are the only plusses. The Bad: We booked an extended stay hotel because they offered little kitchenettes, provided pots, pans, plates & silverware & a toaster on request. We wanted to cook some at the hotel to save money on going out. Unfortunately the only things they had available during our stay were plates & silverware. They said the website states those utensils & kitchen items are provided “when available” & that they wouldn’t approve a discount on our stay just because the items were already loaned out to other guests. That was a big disappointment. If you stay here, bring your own pots/pans/dishes etc. Even that wouldn’t get us down to a two star, BUT the room truly felt like it hadn’t been cleaned. The whole counter was sticky, there was trash in the bedside table and dresser drawers, & hair stuck to the shower curtain before we even used it. (The linens were clean but that’s about it.) Bed frame was cheap metal that rocked & creaked even when we were just sitting on the edge chatting, let alone when tossing & turning during sleep. Spring mattress uncomfortable. Lastly, the counters & carpet edges were poorly finished & I even accidentally caught my hand on the peeling edge of the counter & hurt myself. We do not recommend this place.

Room was clean. Shower was kinda scary. Didn't feel comfortable using it. Stains. Bed was comfy. AC worked great.

they wont give you the good room

At the time of booking, I noted that I would be arriving between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM. The property's listing also states that the front desk is open 24 hours. However, when I arrived during that window, the lobby and front desk were closed, and no one answered my calls. A sign on the door stated the front desk hours were actually 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, contradicting the listed 24-hour availability. Because I was unable to check in, I had to book a room at another property that night, at an additional cost of $94.86. I'm attaching the receipt for this expense. The next morning, when I returned to check in, the staff member handling my booking was dismissive and rude, insisting that I never came to the property and that no call was received. It was only after he checked the security camera footage and confirmed my arrival that his tone changed and he became cooperative. Additionally, once I was in the room, I found cockroaches present in the unit, which is a serious hygiene and health concern that should not be present in a paid accommodation.

the young man who helped me check in late at night did a perfect job. the room was good for the money but when i tell you the manager was insanely condescending and had no intention of listening to me concerning being checked out a day earlier than what was on paper …the point is i understood what he said put my online receipt said otherwise and also i’ve worked in hotels before btw and if someone has a late check in the always late them checkout late too around 3-5 . will never come back if my life depended on it

Our room had bugs, the bathroom had not been cleaned and still had dirty towels from the previous stay. The front desk offered to move us to the last available room but we didn’t want to haul all three kids and our stuff to another room in the middle of the night. We ended up leaving immediately. Literally everything.
