It was clean but had a smell to it and the beds are way to hard making it hard to sleep.

We weren't expecting the Ritz, but we WERE expecting a clean and comfortable room. Instead, we got a room that smelled so heavily of mold/mildew that it was almost unbearable. My clothes still smell of it and we checked out multiple hours ago. Also, one side of the bed frame was so messed up that just sitting down on the side of the bed caused it to make a grinding squealing sound like the gates of hell. Every time I rolled over, there was the sound, all night long. Let's just say our sleep wasn't very good. Couldn't wait to check out.

It stinks in there and room was not clean

If you can do your check-in before you get there, it took the front desk staff over 45 minutes to get me checked I would say I did have 3 rooms reserved; however, they were all in my name. Most convenient of all, it was close to the highway. The housekeepers were nice they had no problem getting me the things I asked for.

Breakfast was subpar.

The actual hotel had a very strong odor and the floors were very dirty. The bathroom in our room had visible signs of black mold. Paying $300 to stay in a room like we did was very disappointing. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Bad smell in the room/

The exterior was in very poor repair; several windows and screens were broken, the landscaping was full of debris and trash. The bushes and grass were overgrown and unkept. The parking lot was poorly lit and at the very back of the building. There were several people loitering around the back entrance, which was also poorly lit. When entering the front lobby there was an unpleasant odor present. After check in and then driving around back seeing the conditions I didn’t even enter. It felt very unsafe.

Manager got us a different room upon request but 2nd room wasnt much better Mold/musty. Checked out and went to another hotel after 3 hours

Place looked clean overall. Staff nice. Bathtub would not drain. You had to stand in water to shower.

We had handicap accessible room and it was very roomy. Nicely updated.

Room had a terrible smell and was rather run down. Breakfast room was too small for the number of guests and had minimal offerings. It also wasn’t cleaned well.
