Quality Inn Merriam Kansas City

Place looked clean overall. Staff nice. Bathtub would not drain. You had to stand in water to shower.

My kids cleaned a spill up with a towel, and went to the front desk to ask for a new towel so we could shower with it and they said sorry housekeeping is already gone, no towels

Extremely rude and horrible customer service. Please take your money somewhere else.

We had ants in our room because someone else, prior to our stay, had left a chicken bone, or rib bone on the floor. Which shows the staff does not clean well. They came in with ant spray. We asked for our money back because we wanted to leave, they refused. Only offered another room. The bathroom hooks on the doors, (both rooms), were rusty and gross. Some of the outlets looked like a fire hazard. The first room didn't have a smoke detector. The base was there but no actual detector. The breakfast was OK, however, the coffee was so watered down it wasn't worth it. For $250+ for a 2 night stay we expected a better place from Quality Inn in Merriman, Kansas. I do not recommend!

There was ceiling all over the floor next to our bed from a hole in the ceiling in our room. It also smelled disgusting in our room. Something was making noise behind the entertainment system all night. All around was not clean either.

It was a good stay. The room was clean and everything.

We came to this hotel after leaving a terrible one and did not disappoint. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, A/C quiet and worked well, good breakfast

This was a terrible experience. Reservation was originally for 3 nights, ended up staying only 1 night. Reserved 2 rooms, 1 room had to change because of the room smelling strongly of black mold and black mold being on the ceiling, walls and shower. Left the next morning because of mold being in the shower. Hallway also smelled weird and of mold. Would absolutely not be staying at this hotel ever again. Staff has also been unhelpful in resolving this matter and gave me a miscellaneous extra charge.

Room was basic, clean, and good price. The hotel was located right in the right location which put it in close proximity to the softball tournament we were attending. No complaints.

Great location. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Good breakfast, staff was friendly and pool was nice.

Smell in hall but rooms didn’t smell. Beds are HARD.

Rooms and hallways were very musty smelling. There must be an issue with moisture, as there was a moisture absorbent bag hanging in the closet.

Room was clean and the air worked well.
