Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tulsa Northeast - Owasso by IHG

Clean and spacious rooms. Great functionality in-room for business trip stay and work. Comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful, very professional and pleasant staff. Above all, a very hearty and delicious breakfast both days. Access to Fresh ground coffee 24 hours a day.

Clean easily located Staff was very moody but did help.

The pool area we had trouble with the gate locking on us and could not get in or out, had to get an attendant.

New modern and clean. I always appreciate hooks in the room and a night lite in the bathroom.

The breakfast was good not great. The coffee was excellent

Everything was great. Would stay again

The breakfast bar was fantastic! Clean rooms, very close to restaurants and shopping.

Our overall stay was great! However, the refund for our incidentals deposit was not put directly back on our card. I am 4 days past check out and still have no received the money back on my card.

Clean hotel with friendly staff.

Good stay.

The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Helped us find my special mug that I had left in our room and went to the room for us to retrieve the mug. We were very grateful that the staff went out of their way to help.

Bed was comfortable Desk lady didn't know the facility lay out, where to park to be near my room, building entrances and exits, and there wasn't a facility map available at the front desk. Room smelled like pickles, and bath towels were child size.

Clean room...nice pool. Great breakfast. I had two children with me and it was perfect place for us to stay at a great price

Good

Comfortable, quiet, easy to find.

It was clean and comfortable. Location was very good. I got in late(about 10:30 Tuesday night and there was no place for me to park. Not enough counter space in the bathroom. Awkward closet area.

I would like coffee and tea in my room instead of having to get it from the lobby

They Book large groups and do not reserve a floor for the individuals. I didn't sleep for the two days I was there. Loud with drinking outside under my window until midnight. The banging around up and down the halls. This really was poor management of the property.

Easy access Beds were very hard and room wasn’t cleaned well

Online booking lies charges extra for smoking room to be told you can't smoke
