Booked there cause of the hot tub and been there several times …went this time and hot tub was boarded up …great except this

My stay at “The Courtyard by Marriott” was good. My room was very clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. Employees were friendly and helpful. They definitely need softer pillows which were very flat and hard. My only other complaints would be that upon checking in I had paid ahead of time for 4 nights and was told they would hold an additional $80 for the 4 nights for incidentals. Why? Just wait until check out! No free breakfast and their snack area was very sparse with no bottled waters. I feel they could definitely up their game!

I had an abbreviated stay. Didn't even get to explore my whole room. Next time I need a room I'll probably stay here.
