I’m beyond frustrated. Somehow we were double booked through Expedia for two hotels for our weekend stay and when I was charged by this hotel they told me they couldn’t do anything about it and Expedia did too. Probably cancelling my account due to this poor management and how it was handled- it felt like they just wanted the money.

It was a very clean room, no complaints at all. We have a lot of allergies and had no problems, this will be our go to when visiting our student at Kentucky Wesleyan!

My only complaint is that after checking out five days ago, I still have credit card “holds”. If you book online, it’s frustrating to get the financials closed out for your expense account.

My stay at “The Courtyard by Marriott” was good. My room was very clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. Employees were friendly and helpful. They definitely need softer pillows which were very flat and hard. My only other complaints would be that upon checking in I had paid ahead of time for 4 nights and was told they would hold an additional $80 for the 4 nights for incidentals. Why? Just wait until check out! No free breakfast and their snack area was very sparse with no bottled waters. I feel they could definitely up their game!

Rob down in the restaurant area totally made our morning! Lovely and upbeat answered all questions Property itself was nice when booking the meal vouchers can be confusing was told it only applied to 2 people when I booked for 3 which didn’t make sense. Parking spots so narrow especially with all the special drivers that don’t know how to stay between the lines.

Clean rooms. Paying $15.00 EXTRA for breakfast. Then was told We didn't have a coupon so couldn't be served. Room we had (134) had a load banging noise ever hour or so, couldn't get a good night's sleep.

Lobby and outside lounge area was fantastic! Staff were awesome. Very clean inside and outside. No microwave in the room.
