Check on process was very confusing for the clerk due to processing through engine. Said there would be an increase in rate from what showed when booked on the app. 30 min at check in desk

Not much Not but 2 carts for 4 floors. Ridiculous as one of them was awful!! Had asked for housekeeping every day (only 3 days). The ladies did a great job on Saturday!! Came back from church and a gospel singing to no service and absolutely NO carts. Never did get one (after an hour wait). We finally used the wheelchair. We also did not like the bathroom shower with only one door. No matter what you do, the water gets all over the floor. We are both in our late 70's and it was scary! Had to use a hand towel in the shower floor to keep from falling! The desk lamp was burned out. Left them a note. Then today we were awaken at 8:30 a.m. with a hotel-wide FIRE ALARM!!! The manager did make it right by giving us a discount. We had stayed at a Townplace in Calhoun, Ga in December and January and it was fabulous! Not so this one!!!

The staff was so friendly and informative. The location is excellent, just a few mins away from everything but still gives you a secluded feel.

I stay in alot of Hotels and this is the nicest hotel i have stayed in yet. Absolutely 💯 clean and very comfortable. Very nice rooms and a very nice breakfast ! Would give a 10 star if i could !!! Would highly recommend.
