We noticed dead bugs around the pool. When we took our grandchildren down for breakfast it was obvious that the food had been sitting in the warming tray had been there for an extended time. The biscuits were not edible they were extremely hard. We found it very disturbing when the individual tending to the cantina fixed themselves some biscuits and gravy before we could serve ourselves and that left us with very little. It was only after we asked about additional biscuits then we're they prepared. Very poor cantina

The rooms was nice and beds great. Hot tub was not hot, and breakfast was not a hot breakfast.

I at was ok with the rooms until…… The outside was ok. The lobby was good. Staff friendly. We get into the room. I check it out for cleanliness. My oldest son walks into the restroom and finds a used condom in the toilet with urine it the toilet. I immediately go to the front desk and ask to speak to someone. Barely wanted to offer me a new room. She did apologize but that was not ok for my son to find. I asked for a manager and she did not try to call for one. She only told me that she would let him know. I went back the next morning and still no manager called. And he denied my refund. I was really disappointed because I looked forward to the room from all the great reviews.

The staff were very friendly, and there were no issues in that regard. The warm breakfast was good. However, the room was poorly cleaned and had ants. We requested a different room, but it had a musty, smoky odor and also had ants, so we ended up staying in the original room since it at least didn’t have a smell. When we asked for extra towels, we were told to bring the used ones down. The air conditioner was noisy, and while the beds were comfortable, they were small. Overall, the room itself was small and not well maintained.

We liked everything about the place. The hot tub wasn't hot enough. And the pool had too much chlorine.

Very quiet, nice stay

Very friendly staff. Go here quite a bit to just swim. me and my daughter love it. And the environment and energy from the place. Also breakfast is fantastic.

The bed was super comfortable and the staff went above and beyond. I will definitely stay here again !
