Room was immaculate. Staff was very nice and helpful including front desk, housekeeping and the breakfast woman.

It was ok but about 7 in the morning it was raining and a leak from the ceiling Little water dripped in my face while I’m sleeping and woke me up ,and when I checked out I told them about it and they didn’t do anything about it

Very nice place to stay. Modern amenities and clean rooms, with helpful, courteous staff. Breakfast buffet every morning and free coffee and lemon water available 24/7 (the little things matter). I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel wasn’t even just ok. Staff didn’t know what to do or where they helpful at all. Pictures are really misleading. Check in process took forever. They broke our party up so one was on the 3rd floor and one on the first even they we could have been together if the owners blocked off rooms didn’t take priority over guests. They sent us to a dirty room as well when it said it was clean. Hot tube didn’t work in indoor pool area. Breakfast was cold. Overall awful experience.

We stayed at this property on Saturday night, July 18, 2026, and were assigned to a renovated room. The bed was comfortable, the new shower was great, and the A/C unit kept us comfortable throughout the night. The style and overall functionality of the furnishings in the renovated room are nice. However, the round mental shade of the desk/credenza lamp had separated from its base. One of the flip up reading lights affixed to the headboard had been pulled away its attachment and was hanging by its wires. The remote for our Pioneer brand t.v. didn’t work. We were able to power the t.v. on using the auxiliary button on the rear bottom left of the t.v. Since we couldn’t change channel, the t.v. was stuck on CNN Español. Shortly after checking in, I took the remote to the front desk to ask about switching it out. The guest services representative apologized and let me know that there was nothing that they do. I reported all of these issues to the guest services representative at check out and they are going to pass the information along to the property manager.

We noticed dead bugs around the pool. When we took our grandchildren down for breakfast it was obvious that the food had been sitting in the warming tray had been there for an extended time. The biscuits were not edible they were extremely hard. We found it very disturbing when the individual tending to the cantina fixed themselves some biscuits and gravy before we could serve ourselves and that left us with very little. It was only after we asked about additional biscuits then we're they prepared. Very poor cantina

we had a great stay! the room was clean & so was the property

The staff were very friendly, and there were no issues in that regard. The warm breakfast was good. However, the room was poorly cleaned and had ants. We requested a different room, but it had a musty, smoky odor and also had ants, so we ended up staying in the original room since it at least didn’t have a smell. When we asked for extra towels, we were told to bring the used ones down. The air conditioner was noisy, and while the beds were comfortable, they were small. Overall, the room itself was small and not well maintained.

Very quiet, nice stay

Very friendly staff. Go here quite a bit to just swim. me and my daughter love it. And the environment and energy from the place. Also breakfast is fantastic.

The bed was super comfortable and the staff went above and beyond. I will definitely stay here again !
