not a hotel anymore and i didn’t receive any type of notification disgusting

the staff was accommodating and friendly the first room had no heat

2. I notified front desk the shower was not working . She said someone would be in to fix it . No one fixed it . I requested to move rooms and was told another room was unavailable. We had to put a washcloth between the tub and drain to let the water drain from the tub. we had use a washcloth to wash off. instead of taking a shower. 3. The pool was closed the entire stay. 4. microwave did not work. 5. I attempted to get a refund from OYO with no success.

Nothing The fact that it's a month after my stay and they haven't refunded the $100 deposit they charged to my credit card

Staff that checked us in the first night very nice and accommodating . Wash rags missing. The stairs outside and hall way on second floor had no lights on. Problem did get better after reported. Plumbing coming out of wall in bathtub Pool not open and was advertised No Billard or excersize room. No tv remote at first

Room maintenance

The price and staff was nice When I got there the tv didn't work. I called a few times and finally they brought a piece to get it to work. The back of the bathroom door had clothes from the previous people and I had killed 2 roaches. I will prob not stay here again and pay extra at another hotel but the workers were very nice

Didn’t make breakfast breakfast location in decent area seems like, close to Convenient store, grocery store that’s a A+ For the price I was blown away by how nice and comfortable the stay was! For the money I give it a A+! I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the stay! Only thing I didn’t like is the 100.00 deposit when I wanted to stay another night I couldn’t because that’s all I had till payday, couldn’t use it and pay for another day I did ask and the clerk said the manager wasn’t in at the moment and she couldn’t make that decision which is very understandable , I do think you all loose a quite bit of money you could be making because a lot of people get their deposit back and take it up the road and rent another room, people or some people are destructive and I see why there’s a deposit but people that are over 50 years of age aren’t going to be destructive to the property and atleast should get to stay another night with the 100 deposit money if needed, if I were running the show anyone over 50 it’s a 25.00 deposit and if something is torn up I would take the 25 and charge the credit card On file for the outstanding balance, You’d be surprised on how many customers takes their deposit and goes up the road to rent another room, I did / had to! just wanted to ad my opinion, you ask what I didn’t like! But the stay was dynamite the staff -very professional and very nice!

Nothing. First room was full of cockroaches, then second room smelled of smoke and body odor. We were nervous to sleep in the bed in fear of getting bed bugs. The carpet was sticky and stained badly.

staff was very nice and courteous, bar and their music was great, the $100 security deposit not quickly refuded

The beds were small, toilet was clogged up when we got there. Every time we left out of the room could never get back in with our room key. They told me they would put me in another room soon as they had one available... they never did. There was a couple or something below us and the guy would rev up his motorcycle engine all types of the night and early morning flying up and down the one way st. Wasn't sure if he was an addic or a dealer but it was definitely annoying

No remote for tv. One towel. No one answered or at front desk.

Tournament The first room we were put in had no toilet paper or towels, the tv didn’t work, and there was no smoke detector. After I called and went back down to the office, we were given another room next door to the first. Again the tv didn’t work, there was half a roll of toilet paper and one towel and wash cloth. My husband had to go back down to the office. We were finally given a remote. We got back late to our hotel room our second night and our keys didn’t work. So at midnight with our 2 year old in tow we had to go back to the office. We were told that nobody was in the room we were in, as they didn’t switch us in the computer. Eventually we did get our keys switched and were able to get back into our room.
