This hotel was less than a year old, but pretty dirty. We had a room and the sofa bed was covered in food and hair- and the mattresses had no mattress pads. They did switch us rooms and it was slightly better. The bed linens were extremely wrinkled and filled with hair. It also looked dirty in the common areas for being so new. They seemed extremely understaffed. I would not stay here again.

Room was exceptionally clean and the service was excellent.

They charged $10 for parking that was not supervised so we witnessed multiple people parking in the garage for free. And the breakfast options were very limited, waffles were good.

The hotel was clean and breakfast had a great selection. The only thing about our stay that I didn't like is that nothing was restocked in our room. We got there and there was only one bath towel in the room, there were no sheets for the fold out couch, and we had to ask for toilet paper when we ran out because there was no extra in the room.

IN WALKING DISTANCE TO THE RIVER AND ATTRACTIONS DID NOT LIKE THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING IN THIS SMALL TOWN I WOULD UNDERSTAND IF THIS WAS A BIG CITY BUT NOT HERE IN THIS SMALL DEMOGRAPHICS

There was some homeless or gypsy women hanging out in their parking garage all during the day and most of the night. It seems even 1 of them would come in to go swimming and use the laundry facilities.

Had an amazing stay at the Hotel, wish I was able to stay longer as with the environment & view of the place was so beautiful! They allowed me to stay comfortable with my partner each night that we stayed! Would love to come back again soon!

Our first impression of the room when we walked in was the tile floor in thr entry, kitchen and bathroom was filthy! There were footprints on the floor, visible dirt, hairs and scum. The shower also had hairs and dirt. We were missing the bedding for the pullout and there were crumbs that fell out of the couch when we opened it. I did mention when checking out our disappointment in thr cleanliness and the response was " our tile is just like that". Ok?

I liked it had a large fridge and extra pillows and blankets. Nothing. It was perfect.

Really clean rooms. Concierge staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Cleaning staff was too quiet, ignored our greetings, maybe pay them a bit more? Overall experience was great! Parking lot was clean and easy to access, in-out privileges 24/7.

Good bed slept well, room was very clean and I liked the outdoor space

The staff have always been very friendly and as helpful as possible. We always get a suite bc we travel with two children. Having somewhat of a designated sleeping area for them is nice. We’ve had a coupe bad experiences with appliances not working in the kitchenette provided. The very last & final stay we reserved another King Suite & the restroom was disgusting. So many oversights that I just could not excuse or justify. We paid the extra expense for the added comfort and space of a Suite but felt very frustrated with the state of the restroom.

Everything was excellent except for the bedding. I don't know what kind of detergent or softener they use but it did NOT have a pleasant smell.

Very nice hotel. They ran out of sausage by the time we went down for breakfast, but everything else was great!

Power went out and fireman opened a door and slammed it on my wrist. I told staff members and they did nothing to assist me.

The rooms were very spacious with everything you need. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our view was not the best looking out the window was a construction site so there won’t be any views on that side, but the hotel was very nice and clean.
