Very clean, excellent location

Everything was great except the breakfast! I thankfully had free tickets as I would never pay 15 dollars for mediocre food and wait staff was unhelpful unlike the front desk staff who I can't say enough about.

If you’re looking for a free breakfast in the morning, this is not the location to stay at. They charge $15 for breakfast and it taste like crap.

Upon arriving the hotel looked immaculate. We booked our hotel 2 weeks in advance and paid for it same day. When we arrived to check in we were charged another 50 dollars for "ameneties" although my booking showed I paid the breakfast for 2 and amenities included so we were charged 50 dollars for what?! On Friday night I asked the clerk about the breakfast as my son and I love biscuits and gravy and in my experience at holiday inn their biscuits and gravy have never been anything but delicious yet I was told by the desk clerk our booking didn't include any breakfast that it would be 15 dollars per person so we didn't eat breakfast. I decided to check our itinerary Saturday night on Expedia and had seen where i was correct i did in fact pay for the breakfast for two and amenities included was all in our booking. I have messaged the property with no answer now for 4 days Also when we got into our room one of the drawers were full of women's size MD clothes about 7 shirts and 3 pairs of shorts but I didnt complain I just moved them to the side but questioned how well the room was actually cleaned if that was missed so carelessly. Other than all that the hotel was really nice loved the balcony view. we really enjoyed ourselves. It was quiet. I just wish someone would reach out because I feel like we were totally screwed out of our breakfast and charged extra for something that was already paid for in the booking.

Beautiful view, comfy bed, options for food/drink. Great river spot and price!

I loved being on the river, it had a fantastic view.

Sheets were dirty but apart from that it was pleasant experience.

Over priced:: Or breakfast should be included .. Pool is inside and we all called it ice bath .. More of what we can sell you than accommodations.

I reserved a room with balcony and the view really is great however, the room was not. We had just come from a long day at holiday world so I hurried my kids to the shower. Half of the water continued to pour from the faucet even after 3 attempts of turning it off and pulling the rod again. I noticed dead bugs on the bathroom floor so it occurred to me I should check the beds. I found blood on the edge of the mattress protector. The manager was very helpful and immediately moved us to another room, which I very much appreciated. We finished showers (same issue with the faucet dumping half the water) and went on to dinner. When we came back there were bugs all over the pillows, ceiling, and lights. My husband killed about 20 while we tried to figure out how they were getting in. There is no weather strip to the outside door with a gap which was allowing bugs in attracted by the lights. I solved this by using a bath towel to cover it. I was finally to the portion of the evening where I could sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. There were SWARMS of this black flying beetle covering the walls. With such a good supply of bugs there was also a heavy infestation of spiders. I don’t think anyone has taken a broom to the patio in a year. The furniture had spider nests. Needless to say I did not sit out on the balcony and promptly returned to the room. I was not able to get the room under 74 degrees. Breakfast was great. The staff friendly. Needs maintenance and cleaning.

Check in was easy and they let us check in Early. Such a great location on the riverwalk and close to the bluegrass hall of fame. Beds were very comfortable and sheets were awesome. Room was big, clean. The cleaners that came in were so kind with all of the stuff my kids had strewn about. Would stay here again for sure!

The hotel was extremely close to the venue of my meeting and within walking distant to wonderful restaurants and the beautiful river walk!

Location and loved the balcony too. The view was great. That was very important to us. Staff very personable. Free breakfast.

Very happy with this hotel selection. Everything was clean. Staff was polite and helpful. Slightly disappointed that I paid extra for a balcony with riverview because the balcony was covered in cobwebs so we hardly spent any time out there but it was a minor inconvenience. Would stay there again if needed.
