The in-room smoke detector had a very bright light that blinked all night long. It made it challenging to fall asleep. Beds were comfortable with soft sheets. Breakfast was decent.

Our overall stay was fine. The rooms were nice and they were clean. The staff was friendly as well. However, a standard double bed room seemed more spacious than a suite room. This was surprising since a suite costs more. Our room also had issues with the ac. I personally prefer a very cool room, 65°, and our room was 80°. The front desk tried to help with it, but it took 8 hours for the room to go from 80° to 71°, 8 HOURS! There were no other suites or rooms available to switch too. Also the fan speeds were reversed on our thermostat, Low speed was for high, and High speed was for low. Took us a little while to figure that out. The breakfast was decent, but the staffer for breakfast did not keep up replenishing the food or drinks. There was no juice in the machine and the coffee and hot water for tea ran out. The customers had to let them know. We only stayed one night. It is a nice place to stay, but these are some of the issues we encountered.

We had a great stay, but the fire alarm went off sun morning

Our stay was very nice except for the 0600 hr fire alarm.

We were blasted out of our sleep at 6:20 am by the fire alarm going off. Had the smell of breakfast burning in the hall. Other than that the room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was professional.

Amble parking, good included breakfast and nice staff. The door entering the rooms are very noisy. They slam shut. You need new entry doors for the rooms.

The breakfast was not good at all. I think they're using the same food for many days. I requested to have my room made up and on a three nights day they never made it up. I called them complained numerous times but somehow they didn't clean it. The room was decent but the lighting was very dim inside the room . Not a great stay

The room was clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast left something to be desired…… Overall for the price I can’t complain.

From the moment we set foot in the hotel, it smelled clean and we were not disappointed in the rooms either. Beautifully maintained, beds comfortable and general in room comforts made this stay nice and very valuable friendly. These owners know what they’re doing.

Straight Cable TV, bring your Fire Stick. Housekeeping did not clean room entire time I was there, had to request additional towels from front desk, requested from housekeeping but they did not provide, swimming pool and gym where not available during stated hours. Breakfast was just ok as well. Not a big fan of this hotel. Location was best factor.

It was ok. When I first checked in the young lady at the desk, seemed annoyed to stop her phone call to check me in. Once I got my room, I went up and my door was open. Like deadbolt lock was locked but door was open and being propped open by deadbolt portion. Went downstairs to let the girl know I wanted a different room. She told me there wasn’t another room I could switch to and blew it off. The AC unit wouldn’t cool the room very well if any at all. The room itself looked nice but seems like it needed repairs. Lamp shade, seemed broken that they try to make into a design to avoid looking broken. Shower curtain needs to be replaced, was ripped in parts and couldn’t be held by the rings.

Was under renovations at the time. Much repair work being done. Enjoyed the pool and exercise room, though.

I was given a room on the first floor which I was uncomfortable with and asked for a room on another floor. Without looking for another room, the front desk attendant, immediately said no rooms were available. I understand the hotel was possibly full, but I doubt it was 100%. The air conditioner in room 108 was not working. I called the front desk and was told the maintenance staff would not be available until Monday. I asked for another room and was told none were available. The temperature in the room was 73 degrees when I arrived and was 76 uncomfortable degrees when I left on May 17th. Because of the high temperature and humidity in the room, I was not able to have a comfortable restful night. I have friends and family in the area, but will not be staying at this hotel in the future.
