Property was nice but in need of maintenance. Broken arm on desk chair, bathroom door badly scratched up, carpet in patches. Staff was very receptive to our concerns.

Lack of good customer service: when requested items during your stay, they never come. Loud noises coming from other visitors staying; reported the noise complaint, but nothing happened. Had to leave a day early because of the noise and couldn’t sleep.

The property itself is clean and well maintained the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast area however is somewhat of a free-for-all.

Common areas are filthy, hallways smells bad and the couch in our room smelt as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Please hire someone to clean all of your upholstery floors.

The hotel needs to be renovated. Although it was clean, it is musty. Also, the tv in the main room did not work, some of the lights were flickering and the pull out bed was unusable. My son just slept on the couch.

First time going for myself and my childern we had a gathering with her friends , the staff Mr.Clifton was very helpful always asked if our rooms were good or if we needed anything. Also Ms.Lisa she was very helpful with my girls making their breakfast , making sure we had everything. Was very friendly and sweet ! Me and my girls are very thankful for these two amazing staff made our stay special. We will be back
