Everything is okay property just need some landscaping
-
Coffee machine was not working.

The tv’s are not equipped with up to date technology. Not a smart t.v. And The very few local channels they did have were extremely fuzzy & I was unable to connect my phone to it as well. So straight to bed everyone went.Besides that everything was great!!
-
Room was clean and spacious, breakfast left a lot to be desired. The coffee was particularly bad, it tasted like water.
-
Four (4) repeated times stuff came knocking at my room interrupting my conference calls. It was conffuding and annoying at the same time litteraly. In addition, the dollar amount that the hotel charged was was higher than what i was told by the front desk initially. I still did not receive a receipt with breakdown.
-
Parking was challenging because the back site was occupied with crates, etc. (...for remodeling). Overall, competitve pricing and good service.
-
Breakfast was ok, staff was very helpful in trying to get me checked in as early as possible. Location is excellent
-
Loved the breakfast options, the pool, the lobby and the staff were very helpful and polite. Will return!

Property is in need of update, and it seems like there may be something in the works. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Amenities were good, and free breakfast included a generous spread. Staff were helpful. Based on value, convenience of location and pleasantness of stay, I would return to this hotel.

Construction was on for few floors and staff was not friendly at all.

The carpet was so dirty. I couldnt sleep at all. 8am they started with their construction work. The noise was too much. I truly regretted it going. NEVER EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE

Great place
-
Room was clean but coffee bar not fully turned over. Staff was nice enough but could use some customer service training. I would stay here again.
-
It worked well for our needs.

Everything was wonderful. I had an amazing time.

The staff was really pleasant and helpful. It was an unexpected suprise to walk into the building and see a nice lobby area. The rooms were spacious, there was a decent variety for breakfast, and the bed was soft. I travel with my dog and she seemed pretty happy with the space as well. Loved that. There needs to be some sort of noise ordinance posted in the halls and elevators. It was annoying to have guests yelling from one end of the hallway to the other at 1 and 2 a.m. I also didn't like that we weren't informed about construction until after we booked. Had we canceled, we would've been charged for a night. If we knew beforehand, we may have gone elsewhere. The parking was also a bit of a hassle due to spaces being blocked off in the back because of construction.
