Overall the experience was below average. The staff were very friendly. Room cleanliness was fairly clean. The bathroom was not clean. Hair all over the toilet and on the side of the toilet. The bathroom floor around the toilet wasn’t clean. The TV only had one channel. Hotel was going through renovations. Breakfast was good. Checkout was smooth and uneventful.

A house keeper on the way out cant remember her name but wanted to leave her tip but was unable to. But want to get her name to leave it for her

Breakfast was good. No complaints on there. The staff was nice. Our room wasn’t a cleaned while staying there for two days. I’m not sure what happened. The TV remote control should be upgraded so that we could view apps into it. Other than that we’re good.

Promised two queen beds instead we had two twin beds. TV had one channel, phone did not work. Bathroom exhaust needs repair. Room had been under construction, was not ready to be used
