I was there 4 days no housekeeping was done any day ,they didn't gabr us towels I had to ask for it no toilet paper I had to go and buy ,I will never stay in that hotel

Air conditioner was loud and some buttons were broken. Old and dingy looking. Woman at front desk was very pleasant and helpful

The room was clean and the staff working the night we checked in was great. The issue is the hotel is under construction and they should inform you before you book. The elevators take an extremely long time to move between floors and stop on the wrong floors. The hot water was not working, which was the worst part, could not take a decent shower after being out in the heat. Last the “free breakfast” is a joke. The selection was horrible and the toaster didn’t work. Front desk said management would reach out and accommodate us but I doubt that will happen.

No dressers! Never been in a hotel with no dressers! Holes/tears in the black out curtains. Peeling paint on bathroom door. No daily towel pick up or clean linen. Husband drank coffee but could have been dish water to me.

The hotel was under renovation during our stay which we weren’t aware of. The pool was freezing and the room carpet was mushy. But the front desk was very generous and helpful.

Overall, it was just ok. The remodeling job was a big problem. Usually only one working elevator. Staff wasn’t very friendly with exception to two female desk clerks. They were friendly and helpful. We left the “Maybe Later” sign on the door but the cleaning staff still came in. I know because they took the dirty towels but left no clean towels. When they left the room, they left the door cracked open and all of our items were left unsecured. Hotel management didn’t seem to care even though I reported it to the clerks twice. Thankfully nothing was stolen! They do not have enough parking space for the hotel and what they have is unimaginably close. The pool was dirty and had bugs floating in it. The sides have not been cleaned in a while because they had built up grime on them. I don’t recommend staying there!

It would be nice to have e a microwave in the rooms and not ha e to go all the way downstairs to heat up your food.
