As far as breakfast for 1295 it should’ve been more than eggs, sausage potatoes and bacon as a buffet. It was not very appealing. The fruit was good and it was juice and coffee. As far as the room, it was OK the bed had the whole bottom hanging out on the floor however it was clean.

After we had a horrible stay at another hotel in the summer, this hotel was clean and staff were helpful.

Two issues: Shower/tub doesn’t drain: the valve to switch from faucet to shower head wasn’t working properly (room # 411). Water flowed from both the faucet AND the shower in full force. The tub drain was very slow, so before you knew it — you are standing in 1 1/2 inches of water, while trying to take a shower! Definitely not the way that should work. Breakfast: Went to have breakfast provided by the hotel. The credit card machine did not work. Options were cash or charge to your room. Some menu items were not available. Not because I came for breakfast at 8:40AM…they didn’t have it (french toast, for example). My biggest issue was the bathroom shower. It definitely is an unsanitary way to bathe. The hotel needs to fix that in Rm. 411 immediately.

This so-called top-notch Hotel chain does not offer the hot tub during the week until 5 PM which is asinine from any CEO from this organization and from this hotel they should be fired immediately. I should get a full refund. That’s the only reason why I chose you’re sorry Hotel was the hot tub and couldn’t even use it.

The check-in was easy and quick, staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were nice comfortable clean. Everything was enjoyable. It was a pleasant day.

Very lovely, helpful staff get you in and out and assist with little convenient items you may have missed. Very compassionate, caring people and a great atmosphere.

The staff were absolutely professional and amazing. The hotel and room were clean. The parking lot was well lite at night. I felt very safe at this property. I would recommend this hotel and it will be my go to place when I am in the area.

The staff at the property were very pleasant and helpful. The property itself could use a little upgrading. A couple of coats of fresh paint and some rug cleaning. It is also centrally located for shopping and dining. Overall it was a good experience and fairly priced.
