The staff was very nice and beds were soooo comfortable. They did offer breakfast, but we never made it downstairs lol. I'll definitely stay with them again.

great location, near to many restaurants/shopping as well as owings mills metro station for easy travel downtown

Good location , clean and comfortable. These are just a couple of suggestions: 1. Your shower stall is very spacious, but the water streaming out only reaches the front . Can this be improved. 2. The HVAC system in the hotel room fan was ran constantly despite set on automatic with a high set temperature . More user friendly.

I immediately reported the incident to the front desk and asked to speak with the property or security manager. I was told they were not available and that staff did not know when they would be. After repeatedly emphasizing the seriousness of the situation, the front desk eventually sent a text to the property manager, but I never received any follow-up. The lack of urgency, ownership, and communication from the staff was extremely disappointing, particularly regarding a potential security incident involving a guest’s vehicle. I had to check out shortly afterward due to a five-hour drive home..

This particular hotel has an bed bug issue. We booked our stay for two nights over a weekend for our granddaughters College going away party at another venue. The first night was okay. The room was clean but had a musty smell. The second evening we returned late ready for bed my wife spotted a bug crawling across the pillow. I immediately took a picture and reported to the front desk. The desk attendant promptly had us change rooms, with an inop TV. Needless to say our stay was miserable, frustrating and sleepless from that point on.
