Everything was great

The hotel is wonderful. Checking in was easy. Rooms clean, beds neat, bathroom well kept and clean. I had a nice view of the surrounding area. I will revisit and recommend to family and friends.

OK but not well stocked. Black tea and bananas were missing. The bed was too hard for me. The office chair didn't rise high enough for the desk, and the staff couldn't provide a plain wooden chair.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Did not encounter one that was not polite and professional. Property was good. Just, not being from Baltimore, initially felt it was less accessible than the neighboring Hilton

I have stayed here several times and I have never been disappointed. The location is great for the things I need to do. The staff is attentive and the rooms and grounds are well maintained. The breakfast is hot and delicious.

They’re short staffed so breakfast was canceled Sunday of our stay. There was a huge smoke and marijuana smell throughout the entire building, including the elevators. The deadbolt doesn’t work the window shade was missing, and the window was Fogg up with condensation trapped in the Glass. There was no privacy tag for the door. We were in town to celebrate, so there were several rooms in our group in one of the other rooms. The deadbolt didn’t work as well and it was either extremely hot or extremely cold. There was no temperature regulation. And in a third room, they didn’t have any products in their shower.
