Brand new, very clean, comfortable space Staff was extremely busy therefore did not have the opportunity to give a satisfactory customer service. The hotel had a convention and the service felt rushed and un accommodating.

Charging for WiFi. I understand it was only $10 but what a ridiculous money grab. I can't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel especially in America and had to pay for Wi-Fi. Second, We stayed for a lacrosse tournament. There is nothing better than coming back to a clean and refreshed room after being outside for 10 hours however housekeeping severely lacked. Our pullout sofa was never made and the bedding was left in a pilebeach day. We were only given two new towels each day, all soiled glassware was never taken out of the room, coffee was never refilled and the shower toiletries were empty. The floor was never swept and the bathroom counters were never wiped cleaned. I asked for check out to be at 12 instead of 11am which is not unreasonable as most hotels have noon check out. The front desk man told me absolutely not. It was a strange and abrupt experience and answer.
