I will preface this by saying this weekend that we stayed was hectic due to a full hotel as well as there was a storm. However, we arrived ready to check in and everyone was redirected to wait. We had 3 rooms booked. There was not enough towels in any of the rooms. We asked for more and was told from one staff member that is was a full house and there was nothing she could do. The night shift staff did bring several towels that would cover the players that were present. Also, my personal room door would not lock. I was told there was nothing that could be done and that no one knew that it wouldn’t lock except for the staff and myself. There was a full house and that I could not be moved. I asked to call maintenance who said they were on the way. Found out later that he had called back and said he couldn’t get out due to the weather. I was never made aware. I was uncomfortable with leaving the room nor the hotel due to our items being in the room. I contacted front desk again and at this time is when the night shift came on. He also came to help with the door. It locked in that moment, but later did not lock again. When we were in the room we could ok the deadbolt. I was told that no one made them aware of the issue from the previous night and that’s why I was placed in the room. I made sure to tell the new staff the following morning. There was an apology and a a promise of points added but still no points added to my account as of yet. Will be the last stay here.

I enjoyed my stay. I liked that the breakfast was ready and fully stocked the whole breakfast time. I liked that the pool was available and clean. I didn't like that the towels at the pool were so small, as a plus sized girlie it's kind of a bummer but not anything that will make me not come back. I disliked the odor in the hallway that smelled like mildew and feet, it also lingered in the room until I sprayed and disinfected the room. After that the room smelled lovely. I enjoyed the hotel staff they were very helpful, friendly and understanding. Overall I had a nice stay for the 2 nights I stayed.

Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Right off the highway. Clean, friendly staff. Comfortable. Visit downtown Paducha for dinner, art and history. It’s beautiful. 5 minute drive Noise from the highway is a consideration.

The staff was limited but polite and courteous and friendly and helpful the best they could be.

Very friendly staff who aimed to help us with our reservation. Nice breakfast options. Only issue was a lack of first floor accessible rooms after we had reserved such a room and noted the need for first floor room. There were a few accessible first floor rooms, but they did not hold one for us so we went with a regular room but getting around the room was a bit challenging.

Loved the space in the room. Breakfast was a miss on that Sunday. Ran out of items or didn't have certain items. Maybe wasn't prepared for the amount of people. Monday breakfast was better.

Pool as cold as ice. Went to take a shower on the first day. Got into the shower and wet before finding out the the shower gel dispenser was empty. Shower was gross with black mold at all the back seams. This was not something that would have grown over night. So had not been thoroughly cleaned in over a week. Took a picture and showed it to the front desk person but shouldn't have had to. That and the empty shower gel shows someone didn't tidy this room the way they should. Fitness room treadmill felt sticky like someone had smeared ice cream all over the rails. Breakfast ok. Staff I interacted with through out were nice. But won't stay here again.

It was moist. The floors, the beds .. and felt unclean.

We had to wait several (10+) minutes both at check-in and check-out for someone to come to the front desk. They were nice once they got there, but it clearly wasn't staffed properly. Cleaning or kitchen people noticed us standing and went to find or call someone to come to the front desk. So kudos to the non-front desk people. The "bold" coffee at breakfast was extremely weak. The printout of local restaurants given to us at the front desk was nearly unreadable. The room itself was nice.
