Clean friendliness

Toilets are too low for older people with weak knees! 😂

Clean and cold rooms, breakfast was hot and replenished often, sufficient and close parking, and very friendly and accommodating staff. This is my go-to place to stay in Palatka.

Cleanliness more than anything and such an exquisite Hoyel. Not applicable

TV stayed on, instead of auto turnoff w/out any activity for a specified period of time. But it was Direct TV. Had thunderstorms and it went out until the weather passed. Excellent lighting in the room. Most hotels only have a lamp in the corner, one by ea nightstand, one on the desk one. and one in the entry--turn them all on, and they still don't light up the room. This room had a flood light over the headboard, and it lit up the entire room.
