Breakfast was ready on time and was delicious. Plenty of food to choose from. The dining area was clean and plenty of seating. Parking is free and right on premise with plenty of spaces available. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay near the historic area of Leesburg. It's been my go-to hotel for this area. This is my second stay here.

This hotel needs significant upgrades. The rugs are worn, dingy and dirty, the "decorating" is not tasteful (to anyone), the pool towels were old and small, breakfast was subpar, the mattress and pillows were awful and you can hear everything in the hallways and in the adjacent rooms. The staff were friendly, but that is not nearly enough to justify a $216/per night stay. It felt like a motel, but it certainly was not as cheap as one.
