Sleep Inn & Suites Palatka North

The second floor smelled damp and musty, and the pool was out of order. We ended up having to switch rooms because the AC in the first room was dripping condensation so badly that the carpet was soaked through, and the room smelled like mildew. The room wasn’t switched into our name however, so we were walked in on by staff the next morning while we were getting ready because they thought the room was empty. I tried to get ice at the labeled ice and vending area on our floor, it was completely empty. Same with the second floor. Found it on the first floor, and then the drink machine took my money and didn’t vend the drink, and I was just told the hotel doesn’t own the machine. Dennis was very helpful with our room switch and getting the room registration fixed, and continental breakfast was quite good, good variety. But the breakfast room was half full of unopened boxes and a mattress. Would not recommend, will not be staying here again z

Checked into the room after walking into a lobby that smelled like mildew/mold. That was my mistake. I should’ve turned around and left then except they had already charged me at 3 p.m. for my room. The room was filthy, and there were blood stains on the curtains and again the room smelled like mildew. I went directly back to the front desk and told them that I was not going to stay. They refuse to refund my money. My best advice is do not stay in this hotel

Terrible hotel…. Charged my card an hour before the check-in time and then when I got there, there was blood on the curtains. The lobby smelled like mold and when I went back to the check-in and told them that I wasn’t staying, I got no refund.

Good location No hot water!

Dirty room. Bugs seen in room Vagrant people in hallways and around the property. Family didn't feel safe. The property may need better management.

Mold and mildew throughout the building, holes in the floor, tons of water damage

At 1st checking in younger female was very rude when asking simple questions. Upon arrival we were told a 100.00 cash deposit waa required. Nothing said when book on your website. Checked out that next AM because of desk staffs poor skills ! Also roachs all over the room ukkk ?? ??? Nasty A. F. We had planned staying a few days at Sleep-inn but ? NO We packed up went to Holiday inn and Suites 150% better worth the extra $20 a night well worth it. In closing the only friendly staff at Sleep-inn inn was the maids, grounds guy THAT'S it ! Rude front desk staff ! ROACHES ?????? ??? LOUD outside our window from 2:42 AM

great job for Breakfast

The room #101 as bugs on the walls. The room was advertised as :accessibility " the beds was high, the bathroom has shower tub combo. The tub is extremely high which isnt accessible for someone with mobility issues the tub have safety bars , the shower head is almost to the ceiling which can't be access by someone with mobility issues. I spoke to the 2 ladies at the desk, one said there's nothing she can do, the other lady said we should have said something they would have switched the room. We checked in then left and came back around 8³⁰pm. We didn't notice until we seen them on the wall. If one room have bugs all the rooms have bugs. Also, the kids was waiting to get in the pool, we were told the pool was closed because of the PHlevels- that mean the pool was nasty and wasn't maintained just like those nasty room .We were driving back home and bugs were in my car. Breakfast selection is decent but the food was cold. Trust me...find another hotel.

The location is great; the support staff friendly n cheerful; the inclusive breakfast ok but no coffee, clean room but ants n roaches in some rooms The Hotel Manager is Rude & Judgemental. He accused us of issues with no proof; made rude statements to me in the lobby in front of staff and other hotel patrons. Accused me of being incontenant and needing to wear a diaper.

The whole hotel is in need of remodel. There was mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom, the carpets are heavily stained. The furniture is heavily used.

The room was clean but in poor conditions and outdated. The bathroom shower rod that was hanging looked like it could fall any minute; it was stuck with some orange clay color stuff. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast had a good selection but there was an area with extra chairs and hotel things that you could see in a cluttered area.

At check in? Taylor had no front desk knowledge, and put usnin a ozone room with this machine and smelled very very bad. I had to go back to the front desk I got another room. Everything was outdated old, the hallways were stinky and very very hot, the carpets in the hallway were filthy all ripped up and then we got to the room and there was plaster covering holes in the walls there is black mark right next to the window and curtains, the door in the bathroom was separating and it would not shop properly. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room just a little bit of body wash. Carpets were absolutely disgusting. Who wore socks and by the time we what you take a shower there were black, it's pretty much shredding away and some carpet spots for bald. Definitely disgusting and unacceptable. Good breakfast buffet oh my God what a joke. There is a barely anything in there only yogurts when they should have been two or three different flavored yogurts, no Bananas and milk. There was no absolutely no orange juice available and your coffee machine was down with a big sign on it. Hardly anything for breakfast when you advertise that you have a breakfast buffet. Black lady there was extremely rude and unprofessional with an attitude. I asked her if there was more oranges in the back and she said no when I hadn't seen oranges in days. The quality of the breakfast was awful no good. You false advertise breakfast buffet as if it was cooked order and then nice. Reviews? Absolutely m
