Eau Resort & Spa

My recent stay at Eau was a major disappointment. The first room we checked into had soaking wet carpets. We had to checkout immediately. The hotel staff attempted to make things right by upgrading us to a suite. The suite was beautiful, but it had roaches. I woke up in the middle of the night and noticed a massive cockroach on my pillow. Maybe it crawled in from outside, but regardless, I was so disgusted, that I had to checkout at 4AM with my family and my two year old son. All of this with a young child. It was a nightmare. Eau management was apologetic, but they felt this was not worthy of a full refund. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back to Eau. I’ll take my business to Four Seasons instead.

Hotel in dire need of an update. Spa absolutely amazing, as is are the grounds. Rooms are large as is the bathroom, however the physical plant sorely needs an update

Staff very friendly and helpful. The spa was beautiful and great services. I could have easily stayed another night or two!

Amazing location. Amazing stuff. Spa is too expensive for what it offers. There is no pool no cold plunge. But I was getting a massage so actually I didn’t pay to get in the spa so it was totally worth extra

Loved the attention and amenities! Beach is gorgeous and we even saw a small turtle getting to the Ocean on our morning beach walk.

Excellent Staff, great service, great restaurant experience, loved the pool and beach.

This is a 5 star luxury resort and hotel and would normally be a 5 star rating for me. However new hotel ownership and policy now make the Spa- the reason I and most people book this and pay the almost $1,000 nightly rate is now not included as part of the amenities. You are required to purchase a treatment per person just to enter. Cheapest option is a facial for $250 plus tax - that’s almost $600 per couple per day just to use the spa. Absolutely ridiculous. I can understand a day fee of $40-50 but this is unacceptable and their website as well as hotel.com offering is misleading and unfair. Sara from the front desk was extremely nice and helpful and solved my issue and the staff, were very helpful, service oriented and ever present The hotel, room, amenities, and pool etc were worth the price and highly recommended. They just need to be more clear about the spa charges. Oh and the gym is the nicest I’ve ever seen in a hotel!

Perfect stays

Great hotel however they can use better products for the bathroom and spa.

What an amazing resort! From the service to the excellent food in all of the restaurants, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every person working at this resort is well trained and does a fantastic job.

Amazing

The presentation of property and staff were excellent. With that said, the room with 2 beds were doubles and have clear room for queen size beds, which would make the sleeping arrangement way more comfortable for guests. The mattresses were hard. Even the toilet paper was cheap. The restaurants were overpriced, especially when within walking distance you can find just as quality of food for 1/3rd the price. The railing in the courtyards obstructed the view and should be replaced. Needed more lounge space on the beach.

Other than that the property and the people are excellent! They will go out of there way to make you experience excellent. We will return in the future!!

The restaurants were amazing. The property is beautiful. The staff over all was wonderful. We only had issues with unfriendly front desk staff. There are cement slabs upon entering the beach. It was challenging to get into the ocean.

The staff was very attentive. The food was good. The service by the pool was exceptional! It was really a pleasure to stay here.

The location is stunning. The amenities and staff in the pool areas are excellence. Staff were extremely accommodating with lounge, chairs and umbrellas and food service in the outdoor pool areas. I would definitely stay there again.

A luxurious hotel where you feel welcome and comfortable. Spa is amazing. Nobu is a true bonus to the property. Loved it!!!
