Front desk person was extremely friendly and very informative about the area A little difficult to locate since behind the Home Depot

It was a nice set-up. Great location! The breakfast bar needs a waffle maker. Did not realize the pancake maker was a pancake maker until I saw a young boy making some. One day you could have the waffle maker out, and one day the pancake maker. Remove the dry hard french toast from the pan that's on the serving line.

Rooms were nice & bed was comfortable! Excellent breakfast. Staff were great especially James at the front desk!! Also it was close to the Lacrosse tournament that we were playing this weekend.

The front desk rep that checked us in was GREAT!! The breakfast had a large variety but the hot food was just meh. The coffee was yummy though! I wish breakfast was served later than 9:30. Our view from our room room #207 was super pretty. It was a pond view. We could hear other guests as they walked thru the hallway and heard slamming hotel room doors all night long so it was really hard to get a good night's rest. The shower head was lame.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory. Staff was great. Bed was comfortable. Location was quiet. Too much light in room after lights are turned off to sleep. - Desk lamp switch doubles as a nightlight when lamp is off. - Microwave light. - Night light in bathroom that is in plug plate. Turning it off disables the plug making it useless for charging an item during the night. - Too much light coming in under door.

The beds were comfortable and seems clean kids n i had a bad reaction with the water in the bathroom we were sneezing a lot, we had burning eyes every time we would get in the shower i complained 3 times so we got a room change but the same thing happened so it could be high levels of chlorine

Nice staff, room was OK. Not as clean as I normally like it but it worked for me this time. How long it took to check in even with a reservation. Breakfast was good but limited choices. I would have liked to have access to chilled water during the day not just at breakfast. The hotel was crowded on Sunday and kids were running up and down the hall around 6 AM till checkout. I'm not a fan of pets staying in a hotel either.

A pipe burst in the middle of the night. The staff did their best in the morning with absolutely no water. They stilled served breakfast and even hot coffee. No water when we woke up. A pipe burst in the middle of the night.

The location was a plus. Easy to find. Not in a congested area. The front desk staff/management were exceptionally nice and helpful. I requested a special accommodation, due to my disability, and they were amenable and graciuly granted my request. The gentleman even suggested places to eat, and offered coupons! The breakfast was really good. The attendant kept everything clean and refilled. If I'm ever traveling in the area again I'll definitely stay here. The only drawback was the bed. I didn't have my best night of sleep, but it wasn't my worst either.
