Talk about getting the most bang for your buck!! This place has it ALL and then some!! Absolutely appreciated how many pool toys there were available to occupy our time. The gym amenities were great, the breakfast was awesome!! Staff, all staff we encountered were very friendly, polite and offered extra items without being asked. Great place to stay!!! Bed was a bit small but I think we're just spoiled by our bed back home. Overall zero complaints!!

The room either hadn’t been cleaned or it was somebody else’s room already. There were clothes and towels all over the place and the beds weren’t made. I really don’t know whose fault that was of the hotel staff how it happened, but I was not happy at all. Now we had to walk back to the lobby again carrying everything just to be told a little generic apology. I was expecting company to my suite, and now this delayed everything. I was late setting up for my guests. I don’t remember receiving any instructions about parking. I had parked on the other side of the building because there are no signs telling you where the entrance is. More importantly, I wasn’t aware I had to pay $15 to park there. I think that’s outrageous. The room itself was sort of OK. The couch seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned before. The beds are OK. The room was clean, but could’ve used more help.. It was stocked OK. The freezer section inside of the refrigerator had so much hard ice I couldn’t put anything in it. Overall, I found the staff unprofessional.

The hotel seemed old, run down and had a bad smell to it. Would not recommend.

I paid for a room upfront meaning I should have got what I paid for not what was left And then the Lady at the desk says well you could find another hotel REALLY !!! I want the room that would have made us comfortable After that I was not happy They tried to be pleasant but I couldn't get past the insult. Nor the fact that the shower was broken and it kept going to hot while taking a shower we could not even adjust our own air

There is no make an omelet at breakfast. Actually or all day. A pipe burst. I am , have been spending lots at local stores for all meals. The only God send is the employees.

I was gonna put a four star because the Sofas were very uncomfortable and Old, but the beds were very comfortable I gave them a five stars because all the employees were very helpful they all gave us Great customer service. Rosa from the kitchen she was very nice and very patient-since it was our first .

Room was dirty. Bathstopper didn't work and was laying in bath. Head board and chair was scratched up by a dog and looked so tacky. Staff was friendly.

Awesome hotel! Fun activities and happy hour with complimentary food and drinks and great breakfast!

The staff was so helpful, courteous, friendly, they are the heart of the hotel, from the receptionist, pool man, bartender, greeter for breakfast, kitchen staff, everyone had a smile and willing to help at every moment.

Room was so spacious. Property outside is maintained with a lot of room at the pool and out in lounging area. The breakfast that comes with the stay is great!

Staff very friendly and helpful. room was clean and comfortable. We needed to request linens for the pull-out bed and bath towels for the number of guests in our reservation and received them promptly. The pool/spa was clean. I believe the hotel is undergoing renovations at the time of our visit. Some of the exterior furnishings seemed outdated. Overall, we had a good time
