Sarah made our entire experience incredible, wish we always worked with people like her.

Overall the property was descent but could use some TLC. Pool and hot tub was nice. Didn’t do any onsite dining but there were offerings, evening social and breakfast was included, just didn’t try them. Good value for the cost but a facelift would do the property wonders. Would stay there again on a quick trip to Palm Springs again..

Property is showing its age. Needs a refresh.

I asked to have the room clean and the front desk told me that the cleaning of the room was only by request. I let them know that there was no toilet tissue or towels in the room and that no one had gone in to clean and they told me that they were sure staff and that they did not have a lot of staff to go around and cleaning the rooms so it was only upon request. I thought that that would not be a good response due to our fees are pay upon the reservation of the room, but yet the services are not done what they offer, and I was disappointed on the front desk that did not know how to explain it to me and said that she will go ahead and bring it up to her upper personnel, but she said that she couldn’t do anything about it at the moment because there was no staff available to do every room of the hotel but like I said, it was not told to me that it was upon request. I came to the room at 10 o’clock at night going out all day and the room was not clean so I couldn’t find I couldn’t call room service at that time because we were ready to go to bed. I appreciate a better response like I said because we pay our fee for the room stay but yet not get in return Boat what is offered I would appreciate a response from someone in the personnel or whoever is the upper person that we need to speak to thank you

Fix a to z almost everything didn’t work in the room very dirty pool dirty and whatever you see in the pictures its wayy different when you check in

Location was great, check in was easy and the pool was nice. Beds were comfy but the room didn’t seem super clean, walls were dirty and the shower dripped and needed an update.

I prefer a firmer bed and better pillows. The beds are on the soft side and the pillows are deflated! Also, I would look into a Netflix package. And, lastly I loved the breakfast....that's always important, great bacon. I would stay here again.

We were in town for a dance competition, and picked this location to stay at away from the chaos of it all, and I am so glad we did! The rooms were very spacious, and when we arrived that first night, it was very quiet at the hotel, add the super comfy bed and pillows here, and we had ourselves a very good sleep for next days adventures! The courtyard was a beautiful setting to wake up or end your day too, and the breakfast was great, with friendly staff and a fresh made omelette bar! I’m looking forward to booking here again when we come back for more dance!

Evening reception and full breakfast were both fabulous, excellent food and drink choices!

The entire staff here is amazing. They free breakfast is very good. The place is older and shows signs of wear and tear but is decent. One day the wi-fi was down for a couple of hours. One day the pool was not cleaned in the morning but eventually was. I think $5 a day for parking in an open parking lot is a bit much.

The service was outstanding, and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. I think the exterior areas of the hotel needs some sprucing up.

The refrigerator was full of leftover from past guest. There where only 3 channels in the tv and the were static .
