Innisbrook Resort

The only negative was the shower. Water pressure very low and products were lackluster. Spa appointments were difficult to obtain. Communication was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will go back! A+

They didn’t inform me of residents living on the premises. Talking with my sister at 11:00pm was a lot of noise. The water was brown or dirty in the morning so we used the $6 bottle of water to brush our teeth. They didn’t hesitate to charge me the $6.00 even there was a valid reason to use it. They told me the brown or dirty water was due to a problem they had that morning but it seems is an ongoing issue because the bathtub had a brown stain. We had 3 days reservation but we only stayed one day and it seems the admin person was frustrated instead of trying to make things better for me. He just made sure to charge me for the resort fee when we got there around 8:30pm the night before and no refund was offered. The excused was that I made a reservation through a third party. We are two retired sisters trying to enjoy our vacation but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth.

There wasn't a microwave and refrigerator in every room. We thought that was weird. Usually every hotel or motel has one. You had to pay lots extra to get rooms with them

I also visited the restaurant at the clubhouse to order takeout. Upon entering, I was immediately met with a strong odor of stale beer and liquor, which was unpleasant and off-putting. The waitress station was in poor condition, with chipped and peeling veneer visible on many of the cabinets and doors, further contributing to an overall impression of inadequate upkeep. The food was one of the highlights of my stay and was truly excellent. Another positive aspect of my experience was the staff. Every team member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and highly professional. Unfortunately, the property's maintenance, cleanliness, and overall presentation did not meet expectations and left much to be desired.

All Staff at this place were great and that’s the only good part. We moved rooms 3 times in 3 days. The rooms are antiquated. You feel like you are staying at grandma’s house back in the 60’s. Add the musty odor on top of that. First room had a musty odor along with a bathroom fan that sounded like a jet plane. Room number 2 the air conditioning seemed to quit just after our arrival. 90 degree days with 80 percent humidity. Maintenance could not repair the problem so on to Room 3 which smelled as if someone may have smoked in the room. It seemed they attempted to cover up with deodorizer and some type of cleaner. All 3 rooms were dated including furniture, carpet and decor. If only they took care of the rooms like they do the grounds.

I would say such an amazing time but the rooms are so musty and smell pretty old and not good.

We stayed on a weekend that was getting ready to host a big pro golf tournament, so there was a lot going on in prep, but it was very nice nonetheless. We would recommend it.

Loved this property! All the staff I inter with was so friendly and helpful. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Great meals at the restaurants I visited. I will definitely stay here again!

Every thing fine hard to find your place

It was a beautiful quiet place. In a word, it was a village. It was a place for old people. The pools were good. For children. But to be honest, there were snakes. Near the pool and we saw one in the water. The staff were not very welcoming. If you had a request today, maybe they will fulfill it tomorrow. For example, I asked for towels for the room. On Monday. In the morning they brought them to me on Tuesday afternoon. I told them that I saw a big snake near the pool. They were not worried. They said nothing is normal. This made me not feel safe for my children and the next day I left there. The room was new and cleanIf we give a score from 1 to 10. for me 5.
