It was a beautiful quiet place. In a word, it was a village. It was a place for old people. The pools were good. For children. But to be honest, there were snakes. Near the pool and we saw one in the water. The staff were not very welcoming. If you had a request today, maybe they will fulfill it tomorrow. For example, I asked for towels for the room. On Monday. In the morning they brought them to me on Tuesday afternoon. I told them that I saw a big snake near the pool. They were not worried. They said nothing is normal. This made me not feel safe for my children and the next day I left there. The room was new and cleanIf we give a score from 1 to 10. for me 5.

Property was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were a bit dated and definitely needed some upgrades. No fridge in regular rooms, so you have to rely on ice which was a bit inconvenient. Property is huge and it was hard to navigate and find our room at first. We didn’t get the chance to use the many pools, but they close at 8pm which was early in my opinion. The resort fees add up per day, and is a little expensive if you don’t take advantage of the amenities.

Property is pretty big. my daughter loved the pool and slides. Based on what you pay for room has no amenities. overall experience was good.

Nice quiet room. We used the pool, tennis courts and pickelball complimentary as part of our stay. Staff friendly and accommodating

It's very cozy, different from the other typical hotels. Very calm, comforting atmosphere. I definitely didn't like that, the room doesn't have a fridge, and if you want one you want to charge me. Not cool.

Staff was great, the pool was very clean and the food was very good.

So there is a serious bug problem. I think doors need to be replaced to prevent bugs. Roaches and beetles were in our room. Not ok.

The pools were great for families

This year, I worked a short shift from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on July 4th and then took my boys straight to Innisbrook. When we checked in, I asked what time the fireworks would begin. I was surprised when I was told there would be no fireworks at the resort and that nearby displays were being held at Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beach. That seemed unusual since Innisbrook has traditionally hosted a large Fourth of July celebration. After checking into our room, we headed to the pool area, only to discover that none of the holiday activities appeared to be taking place. I wanted to get a snow cone, but was told the machine was broken. Despite the patriotic decorations, there was no music, no festive atmosphere, and very little indication that it was Independence Day. Later, I learned that the resort had actually held its fireworks celebration on July 3rd instead of July 4th. Given that this year marked America’s 250th birthday and that July 4th fell on a Saturday, I found that decision surprising. What was even more disappointing was that this information was never disclosed when I made the reservation or when I checked in. Ironically, the snow cone machine was working
