So there is a serious bug problem. I think doors need to be replaced to prevent bugs. Roaches and beetles were in our room. Not ok.

The pools were great for families

This year, I worked a short shift from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on July 4th and then took my boys straight to Innisbrook. When we checked in, I asked what time the fireworks would begin. I was surprised when I was told there would be no fireworks at the resort and that nearby displays were being held at Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beach. That seemed unusual since Innisbrook has traditionally hosted a large Fourth of July celebration. After checking into our room, we headed to the pool area, only to discover that none of the holiday activities appeared to be taking place. I wanted to get a snow cone, but was told the machine was broken. Despite the patriotic decorations, there was no music, no festive atmosphere, and very little indication that it was Independence Day. Later, I learned that the resort had actually held its fireworks celebration on July 3rd instead of July 4th. Given that this year marked America’s 250th birthday and that July 4th fell on a Saturday, I found that decision surprising. What was even more disappointing was that this information was never disclosed when I made the reservation or when I checked in. Ironically, the snow cone machine was working

The hotel property is clean and beautiful with nature. The Lochness pool is always a good time with great staff members making it memorable. The food and drinks are great

Room clean, amazing pool, and professional staff

Came back for dinner because the Cooper head closed at 9pm. Ordered food to go. Live music was cool. Drinks were great. Room was huge. Basic but huge. All in all 7 out of 10

Great property, central to many attractions. Great pool Loch Nesh , but check to make sure it’s not closing early for a special event during your stay.

The staff are very friendly and the property is well kept. But if you are planning to book a resort just a heads up the food is separate. It’s not included with your stay as an adult.
-
It’s an old hotel/resort the golf course was horrible not totally to blame on them but because of the weather, but they’re charging high prices for that I will never go there again

Lovely and quiet. Great spot for a golf group. Pools are busy but well staffed and well maintained.

Have stayed at Innisbrook several times and always had great experiences. Although there were a couple of minute issues with the room they weren’t noteworthy. The rooms we had were very clean, comfortable and quiet. We had our son and his family with us so having rooms just a short walk to the Lochness pool was an added bonus. Have taken other grandchildren there and always have a great time make wonderful memories.

Check in was ok, directions to the room were not that helpful. Would be nice if a team member would escort new visitors to the building with there room.

The room was absolutely fantastic, updated, and clean! I couldn’t have been happier. It was spacious for a studio room. Five stars!

Beautiful and extensive golf community / resort. Old Florida charm. Rooms and architecture is 70s, and it’s a mix of residential and hotel units. Felt more like renting a condo than a hotel. Unfortunately we left w flea bites (most likely from the unit itself). That’s the reason for the low stars given. We did not raise a complaint with the hotel

Always my go to vacation spot…wish they had more options for restaurants and shopping inside!

This is our go to spot in the Clearwater area. Golfers paradise, lots of pools. The property is spread out so it never feels crowded. Building exteriors look old fashioned but the 1 bedroom king suite is fully updated. I like having a full kitchen and nice balcony. 10 min ride to Honeymoon Island beach. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. You will need a car but they have a little shuttle that will run you around. About 30 mins to Clearwater beach.
