Horrible conditions of the room!!!! Smell of mold, rust on the lamps & in the bathtub, ants crawling in the bed, the comforter was ripped. They false advertise the couch bed in the room, it was so small & uncomfortable, not the same at all as was advertised on the Hotel's site!!!!!!

Entire building needs to be renovated. Do something about the sticky hard floors. Do something about the mold and mildew. Couldn’t stop coughing from the smell.

I contacted them that my flight had been delayed that I would not be checking in till almost 3 in the morning. They said they would hold my room for me when I got there. The person at the front desk was quite personable and helpful room was clean bathroom was clean. I was on the first floor right by the pool even though I didn’t use it. It would’ve been nice if I had stayed longer than one day. The breakfast could’ve used a little more than just waffles and cereal. If they would add scrambled eggs, and some kind of meat would be better.

Room was clean except for ants by the balcony and on the table by the sliding door. Hot tub was closed. Breakfast was alright for a quality inn. Room was quiet except for the busy road in front. Been coming to this hotel for years, love it by it has its quirks, lol

Everything was great only if you need elevators you must specify because the room we had didn’t seem to have one or we just couldn’t find . I would definitely book a room here again

Our room, the location No coffee at breakfast but much more seriously they had put chemicals in the pool but did not put warning signs up for half an hour. We were swimming in the pool when they put them out, they still didn’t warn us to get out of the pool

Good but staff needs to be more friendly. Coffee maker position. No plugg. Iron was weak in room 114.

We enjoy going to the west coast to jetski the beautiful waters there. Quality Inn has been our go to lodging for these excursions. There is adequate parking, the pool to lounge in and te price is reasonable. Highly recommend

Older hotel but renovated and clean. Breakfast had cereal, waffles, bagels, fruit etc. Pool area nice. Had laundry and exercise room.

The front desk and housekeeping staff was very friendly. The rooms well kept very well clean and seemingly newly renovated. The outside property was very old run down. It looked like an old motel. I’m glad I didn’t judge a book by its cover. Hopefully, they can upgrade the very dated grounds.

The room was advertised with a sleeper sofa. It was a futon with 4 divided cushions that would be uncomfortable and almost impossible to sleep on. Everything else was fine.

It was conveniently located. Room was OK. Bed was confortable. Breakfast was lousy and the hotel needs improvements.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was nice but hot tub morning. The ice machine in our area was down so I had to walk a ways to get ice.
