The pool was exceptionally clean and so was the property The neighboring rooms can hear conversations if talking loud enough and some of the other guests were not too friendly

Most everything. In the future, we will bring our own toilet paper. Hopefully, they will improve their TV channel selection. The TV set was small and only provided over the air channels. The toilet paper provided was 1 ply sandpaper.

Very friendly staff. Basic rooms, clean and maid service daily.

Obviously this is a budget hotel at half the price of the chain places. With that in mind, it is an excellent choice. Everything was very clean and looked brand new. Ask for a room on the backside of the property. US19 is very loud.

easy checkin great price and location to uber into tarpon springs. its dated and some rooms are better than others ask for a rear room as you get zero traffic noise from 19. a/c was ice cold and quiet. room 122 i think room had a slight smoke smell but didnt last,
