Best Western Inn at Palm Springs

The motel was clean but the maintenance was either being neglected or prior work that had been done was not done well. Our room smelled overwhelmingly of sanitizer/cleaner and the carpet had three ripples in it. The pool was nice but again there was some maintenance or repairs needing to be made. I booked this in February for a June trip and based on what I paid versus what the going rate was during our stay I overpaid by $50 a night.

Honestly, the hotel from the outside might not be spectacular but the front desk staff and the rooms are great with beautiful hardwood floors, a hairdryer, a safe, a refrigerator a microwave poolside breakfast are things you don’t expect for the price of this place.

Pool need repair and in the room was water bugs and nets flies the condition of the room was very bad was not what looks like on picture

We were very fortunate that the General Manager, Garland, stepped in to help us during our stay. Our room was not ready, and after being sent away by the front desk for the second time, Garland personally assisted us and upgraded our room. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to make things right completely turned our experience around. Thank you so much, Garland, for going above and beyond to take care of us!

Nothing It’s in bad condition

the desk attendant who checked us in was rude.

The office manager was very helpful. The property was clean and well maintained. Very good breakfast. The only complaint was the Air Conditioning. We had a room with 2 queen beds. One of the beds was right next to the AC unit. It was blowing directly on me. It was over 100 degrees outside, so the AC was necessary. It was not possible to adjust the direction of the blowing fan. Also, as the night went on, I kept turning the temperature down and it still did not cool as it should. By morning I had turned the AC down to 62 degrees and it was still too warm in the room. I wonder if the hotel had a minimum cooling temp set on the ac so no matter what it was saying, it would not go below that. Anyway, we did not sleep well as a result of the AC issues.

We love this hotel proximity to Downtown. Is easy in and out with convenient parking. And the pool is never overcrowded.

The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The price was very reasonable, especially considering that breakfast was included. Overall, it felt like a fantastic value and a bit of a hidden gem. While it’s not quite within walking distance of downtown, we had a car and the drive was less than five minutes. There was plenty of free parking available downtown, so getting around was easy and never an issue. Overall, this was a great find, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Parking was easy and included breakfast. Also has a pool open 24/7. The room was ample with a safe, refrigerator, a microwave and a large tv. Great stay.
