Really good stay. Frederick on reception was great and couldn't have been more helpful. Everything you need. Good breakfast too.

Easy check in and comfortable room, kid friendly

The staff was really friendly. My family of 4 went down during the 115 degree heat wave. We wanted to stay indoors as much as possible to avoid getting sunburned, but the WiFi in our room did not work.

The motel was clean but the maintenance was either being neglected or prior work that had been done was not done well. Our room smelled overwhelmingly of sanitizer/cleaner and the carpet had three ripples in it. The pool was nice but again there was some maintenance or repairs needing to be made. I booked this in February for a June trip and based on what I paid versus what the going rate was during our stay I overpaid by $50 a night.

Honestly, the hotel from the outside might not be spectacular but the front desk staff and the rooms are great with beautiful hardwood floors, a hairdryer, a safe, a refrigerator a microwave poolside breakfast are things you don’t expect for the price of this place.

Pool need repair and in the room was water bugs and nets flies the condition of the room was very bad was not what looks like on picture

We were very fortunate that the General Manager, Garland, stepped in to help us during our stay. Our room was not ready, and after being sent away by the front desk for the second time, Garland personally assisted us and upgraded our room. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to make things right completely turned our experience around. Thank you so much, Garland, for going above and beyond to take care of us!

Nothing It’s in bad condition

the desk attendant who checked us in was rude.

Room was huge with a good bathroom. We managed to get parked right outside our room. Location is okay but you would need a car ideally. Breakfast was basic but can't complain when it is included, it was so nice to have breakfast by the pool! Walking distance to the Cactus garden Bit of a musty smell in the room when we checked in, we had to spray a lot to make it smell better. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the mini fridge in the room.

The office manager was very helpful. The property was clean and well maintained. Very good breakfast. The only complaint was the Air Conditioning. We had a room with 2 queen beds. One of the beds was right next to the AC unit. It was blowing directly on me. It was over 100 degrees outside, so the AC was necessary. It was not possible to adjust the direction of the blowing fan. Also, as the night went on, I kept turning the temperature down and it still did not cool as it should. By morning I had turned the AC down to 62 degrees and it was still too warm in the room. I wonder if the hotel had a minimum cooling temp set on the ac so no matter what it was saying, it would not go below that. Anyway, we did not sleep well as a result of the AC issues.
