DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs

It was very hard to get information, even to get a cup of coffee. Breakfast restaurant wasn't open or ready by 7:30AM to get a cup of coffee. Rooms and building falling apart, very old 70s looking. Very poor maintained pool and cloudy water. At the moment of checking out, i asked for receipt, very rude staff lady said it will be emailed, but I have not received it. Deposit still on hold after 3 days. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Everything was very clean and smell very fresh.

The pool was amazing and everything was close to the hotel.

One thing that disappointed us was pool rule regarding one towel per person.

Honestly! For the price you can’t beat it. The pool area was nice. The hotel staff was great. Everything we had at the bar was amazing and overall it was a great stay.

I like the bar the only complains that we couldn’t have drinks at the pool like other resorts

Great place for a getaway to enjoy with family and loved ones. Clean fun facility and great staff.

Large and clean bedroom with 2 queen size beds. The staff were extremely friendly. The pool was large but way too many people which means not enough chairs nor towels. The parking was large and easy to find a spot.

Great place to stay.

Great hotel! We had an issue with our room where we hear a sound of like a motor running nonstop. The front staff were quick to call someone to check our room. The engineer said it was the wind. He fixed something on the sliding door & the sound was gone. We enjoyed the rest of our stay. The hotel is lovely and have the relaxing view of the golt course. We will surely go back!

It was very pleasant, my wife and I enjoyed the three days there celebrated our 31st anniversary we will recommend it to all our family and friends thank you double to your hotel. Your cookies are fabulous and we'll see you next year in July.

Rooms appear clean but a little dark and looks dingy. Needs some updating and more lighting. Like the high ceilings. We stayed only the main floor so they had more than average ceiling height. Bathrooms were ok. Toilet seat was loose. Just needs a little modern updating all around. Parking was easy. Stay was average.

I love the staff. The pool, view and bar area are the best!! The WiFi was down which is difficult if you need to work.

Staff was amazing

Very chill spot for the family! Every floor has a balcony view. Pool super huge and can’t go wrong with some golfing!

Clean room, staff is nice always greeting you. Love the pool.
