Embassy Suites La Quinta Hotel & Spa

Very good experience, our room AC worked awesome, hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Really can’t ask for more. Thank you for the good experience.

This hotel was an amazing place to stay. The garden and surrounds were beautiful and our room was nice a roomy. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location When booking on line we specifically looked for a place that was pet friendly. On line you claimed your establishment was pet friendly. Small print a fee maybe applied. No mention of cost. While checking in I gave my card for incidentals as always. We had our dog on a leash with us. No one mentioned anything about a fee. After our stay I found we were charged $90 for a pet fee. Ouch. No up front discussion on this fee. We were very shocked. I called to speak to the manager about this. The front desk said manager wasn’t available and would have them call me. I never got the call back. Our pet did no damage. Perhaps some dog hair. But I would assume all linens are washed between stays. Anyway from now on we will stay at a place the is upfront with us on the cost.

Nice property. Not a fortune. Worked out great for a two day stay. Pool is nice. Breakfast much better that average.

Breakfast was great.Rooms were nice and clean. We had no A/C in the bedroom both nights. It was so hot we barely slept.Room

Good staff. Elevator was down but we were on second floor so not terrible. Clean hotel and breakfast and two drinks were great.

The AC in our room was not working and I basically had to beg to be moved. Also the bathroom was filthy, I could see pink mold on the head of the shower and mildew along the bathroom tile. The AC

Staff was hospitable. I was allowed to check in with ease. Place had been renovated. Clean and modern. Unfortunately, Used the fitness room and half of the machines were not in order. Pool towels should be replaced. Breakfast was good. The ambience was relaxing and very family oriented. Walked across the street to old town La Quinta. I had a calm and relaxing getaway

I called twice after making a reservation but staff was not really helpful, didnt give me option to change room. but other than that this hotel is great. 👍

The hotel was very clean and the staff is great. My only complaint is that the beds are very uncomfortable and couldn't sleep well.

EVERY STAY COMES WITH A FULL BREAKFAST AND AN EVENING COCKTAIL HOUR, SO GOOD. THE HOTEL IS LOCATED WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO OLD TOWN LA QUINTA. THERE IS LARGE SELECTION OF RESTAURANTS, COFFEE SHOPS AND MANY HAPPY HOUR SELECTIONS. WE HAVE STAYED HERE MANY TIMES AND WILL CONTINUE TO STAY THERE.

This place is very much a family friendly place. The photos for the room I picked showed me having a balcony, no balcony! The AC unit in my room rattled all night, so I got very little sleep. Stayed only two nights so I dealt with it.

Great pool. But, be mindful of non-guests trying to fake a lost key to get into the pool.

Lovely clean room. Made-to-order breakfast and happy hour much appreciated. We especially like the beautiful indoor "courtyard" restaurant.

Our stay was very pleasant. Clean rooms and overall hotel. Very friendly/ helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious, warm and a variety daily. We will always stay at Embassy suites La Quinta when we're up this way
