Amazing experience. Breakfast and lunch added a nice touch up. Pool and rooms are great. Very clean.

Very very clean. Beautifully landscaped with beautiful garden lighting. Rooms are very comfortable. The 24/7 snack room is a great touch, as are the breakfasts and lunches they provide. The staff takes very good care of their guests. I look forward to returning again!

Great stay! Wonderful property and staff. Comfortable rooms and nicely appointed amenities. Only concern was noise from the 2nd floor. I heard every step my upstairs neighbor took during my stay. Next time, and there will be a next time, I’ll request a 2nd floor room.

The location is quiet & convenient with a short walk to downtown Palm Springs. They don’t have sauna or steam room, well perhaps it’s too hot in summer times, so no need to have sauna/steam room.

The property and service was outstanding!!!

The free breakfast and lunch are a standout feature which enabled us to stay on-property and feel more like we had “moved in” for the duration of our stay. The service from the staff is unfailingly friendly and accommodating. All that is missing is a bar to serve wine or cocktails to enjoy poolside. We would have also liked to have been able to view newscasts (CNN, etc.), which are not available on the television system in the rooms. We recommend the Santiago without reservation and recommend it highly. We will come back here on our next trip to Palm Springs!
