A nice and well maintained property. The apartment was a good size with its own small yard to sit out in the sun. The front of the property goes directly out to the shared pool. I was not a fan of the added identity check that you have to submit prior to arriving. I booked this last minute and nearly missed this step and as I was on the road got into a bit of a panic with poor signal to submit images of ID and then a scan of my face. You’d think payment should be enough to secure the booking. However, other than this, it was a pleasant stay.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Rooms are more like suites. Beautiful setting, really quiet but close enough to the action. Cool decor, lovely pool. Incredible.

this place is a hidden gem! highly recommend, especially if you need 2 br and 2 bathrooms. cute, clean, easy check in. kitchen stocked with nice glasses, huge fridge/freezer. loved it and will be back!

It was quiet, private and large. The laminated flooring will need to be replaced soon. There needs to be instructions on the thermostat.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. Very private and calm. Instructions on check-in was smooth and well explained. It is located nearby downtown Palm Springs, which is amazing. You could either walk it or make a 2-minute drive.

We absolutely loved this quaint quiet hotel in Palm Springs. It is a little boutique retreat away from the hustle of the world with only 10 units and a private pool. We were well communicated with before our arrival for our E check-in and had updates during our stay. If you’re coming here as a couple to relax and disconnect, it is an amazing getaway. Our room was well appointed and simply elegant. There were so many nice touches throughout the unit that we felt very well treated during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to any couple wanting to getaway. We stayed in Suite 10, and although there were only two of us, the unit was clearly designed to have two bedrooms and two baths, which the hotel management kindly closed off the areas that we would not be accommodating. I honestly don’t know if I would recommend this hotel for anyone with children as it is very quaint with a very private pool but for a couple getaway to disconnect, I would 100% say to stay here. However, I will say, if you’re looking for a resort with a lazy river, and a bar, and a restaurant, and things to walk and do and see around the property, then this is not the place for you. But if you are looking to just get away or relax then it is amazing. There was nothing we didn't like.

The property was very quiet and relaxing…The location was good but I do like walking distance from the restaurants in downtown. The property was clean the only thing I would change would be the doors from the bathroom to the hallway at one point my husband was coming into the room and I was exiting the bathroom and we collided into each other. There was not much thinking put into that I would change that.

Fantastic stay at this lovely property. Suite was roomy and well appointed. Comfortable bed, well appointed bath. Pool was fantastic. Property was quiet and relaxing. Mark was attentive, friendly and helpful. Great location.

The 2 seperate bathrooms. It's a spacious place with a great mid-century vibe. It's quiet, but still close to the heart of Palm Springs and because there's not many rooms, it feels very private. Good communication from the property. Nothing worth mentioning.

We loved the location, the cleanliness, the design, and the layout inside the unit. We also appreciated the toiletries, the coffee, the full-size refrigerator, the spacious sitting area, and the private patio. Communication with the staff was smooth and pleasant. It was very quiet and felt very private.

Great location and mid century modern vibe. Lots of room. Nice pool Bed was too firm. Bathroom needs a light above the shower.

It exceeded all my expectation. The room was very spacious and they were kind enough to give me a free upgrade. Enjoyed staying with them.

The room was extremely spacious and could accommodate us plus our dog very comfortably. Private patio was very nice. Parking was very convenient The pool area was a little underwhelming and not very private. The kitchenette was quite spacious but did not have a stove.

This boutique hotel has a cool retro vibe. The curb appeal is fantastic and the renovated rooms are spacious and has a patio space in the back. The staff was so accommodating, promptly dropping off extra coffee pods or umbrellas when requested. Close enough to downtown to walk yet quiet, away from the noise. We’d love to stay here again another time.
