The Twist Palm Springs

Really nice room, very spacious and a big terrace. Close to downtown. Nice pool. Uncomfortable bed, could feel springs in the mattress. Very uncomfortable sofa bed. Also lots of hairs on the mattress of the sofa bed.

Everything was amazing about this stay. Mateo and Jamie are great, really nice and polite. Our room had everything we needed. From a full refrigerator, to a toaster, oven and microwave. The lil balcony was a nice cute touch. The decor was beautiful. It was an overall great experience. We will definitely be going back .

Excellent communication by the staff. Amazing pool and hot tub as well as unlimited parking. Mountain View is amazing!

I didn’t like much about the property There was someone smoking marijuana right next to us and u can smell it through the vents, the counters weren’t cleaned, the pool and hot tub were full of bugs and insects, whenever you turn the bathroom shower on it smells like dirty water. as soon as i woke up the next morning i left before the check out time.

Highly recommend staying at the Twist if you want the quintessential Palm Springs stay! The hotel is easily accessible and features plenty of parking. The rooms are each tastefully decorated, each with their own unique furnished pieces. Checking in is a breeze and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Thank you again for another terrific stay at the Twist!

The room was big modern and very comfortable. Perfect place to relax and recharge.

The Staff were so kind and took excellent care of the Hotel- the room was clean, smelled good, the pool was warm and CLEAN.. I really enjoyed myself and plan on returning. Nothing :)
