The Twist Palm Springs

Adorable decor, clean and spacious, loved the kitchen and private patio space. It was also nice that the pool was open 24/7 and that we had golf clubs and balls in our room for the little mini golf area. Mateo was incredibly helpful and accommodating and made our stay extra great! Nothing that we disliked

I stayed here for 2 nights, booked last minute, trying to extend my stay in town after visiting for a festival. I needed somewhere to work and was prioritizing a location that was quiet with high speed internet. The Twist more than delivered. The staff was so lovely, let me check in early, and greeted us with a free drink. It was the perfect location to enjoy a few extra nights in Palm Springs. The pool and hot tub were open 24/7. The room was very spacious, cutely decorated theme. Free parking. Overall great hotel. I would absolutely stay here again.

Amenities

Staff was pleasant and rooms were clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Good location Blinds didn’t work. TV in living area was difficult to get Netflix, etc

Exceptional

Exceptional

No balcony it wasn’t the secret nd floor or Mountain View we booked. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Nothing We didn't like the fact that the TV was dirty, the balcony was covered in dust, dirt, and holes. The towels were full of holes. The shower barely worked, and there was practically no water pressure.

We had a wonderful stay at Twist Palm Springs. The room was exactly as pictured—comfortable, stylish, and just as advertised. Jamie was incredibly attentive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The tiki bar downstairs is definitely worth a visit and was a great bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time we will definitely be back. Staff was absolutely wonderful. Jaime and Mateo are the kindest sweetest most helpful. We ended up staying two extra nights. They were very accommodating and gracious the Studio was amazing. The pool was amazing. The Jacuzzi was amazing. the complimentary margaritas were amazing. All in all just a marvellous environment and atmosphere music playing at the pool but not too loud clean towels clean Studio , beautiful backyard seating area we couldn’t have been happier so central so easy to reach to places even for walks. It was lovely I highly recommend

Very good

Great hotel in a excellent location! Loved it!

The space, location and staff were great. The room was nice a specious with a large patio. Not clean. Towels had stains on them. Bed sheets had red look like blood spots. Kitchen pans need to be replaced really old. Tv remote battery was dead. Just overall the whole room didn't feel clean.

Great hotel in a excellent location! Loved it!
