I love everything about Terra, especially the beds. OMG—they’re like sleeping on a cloud and guarantee the best night’s rest. Amazing place! So happy to be back. Had the best time at Terra and will definitely be back again soon.

Everything was great!

I would recommend this place to anyone. It truly was perfect and I’m already planning another trip back here. We arrived after the lunch service had finished so a few more snacks in the mini bar would be helpful. But that’s if I was being really picky.

I adore Terra Palm Springs. My husband and I spent 3 nights here on our babymoon, and the whole experience was perfect. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The staff, like Jake & John are always so helpful. I had a wonderful prenatal massage done at the hotel by the kindest masseuse. Can't wait to go back!

Had a nice stay at Terra! The room was comfortable and spacious, breakfast spread was light but had all the essentials (coffee, toast, yogurt, hard boiled eggs). Staff were kind and attentive at all times.

Lovely boutique accommodation, nice continental breakfast, good sized rooms, and very clean Bar and reception closes early at 7pm, no dining facilities.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately the property backs up to a main road, which is noisy. The king size bed was very comfortable but the room had a full kitchen and a full size refrigerator, which was odd. The bathroom was the size of a closet. There was a large patio in the back, but again it was too noisy to sit there.

We had an amazing stay at Terra. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and quiet. The little “ extras” in our room upon arrival and departure were much appreciated and made us feel special! Would highly recommend!

Close to restaurants and bars. Staff is amazing. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Outstanding hotel!

Good stay

Awful breakfast - paper plates and plastic cups and make your own. Worst I have ever had at such a high cost property

Excellent service, excellent beds, excellent showers, wonderful pool and hot tub, wonderful sauna and wonderful location walking distance to downtown palm springs and agua caliente casino. Literally this hotel could not be more perfect. Will definitely be back.

Super cute, cool little hotel. Recently underwent a complete renovation. My only qualm was there was no coffee in the room, you had to go to the main lobby area for that and some mornings it was still locked when I woke up (early riser). Understandable for a small motel/hotel I suppose. Also, I personally prefer a pretty firm mattress and the bed was very soft (comfy, but not my preferred situation for sleeping). Staff was super friendly and helpful, amenities were top notch!

Staff was extraordinary. Very helpful. Very friendly. We felt like we were visiting friends.
