Great location, everything super clean. Pool clean, quiet, everything we needed. Well we were woken up by construcción(I mean banging on wood and loud music) by 7:00am on Saturday and they did not stop all morning. While the hotel was very nice and clean, we were really disappointed to find a price list on the bed charging guests for stained linens and towels. We felt this was extreme, as normal wear and tear should be included in the room rate rather than treated as a penalty

This hotel has become our go to place to stay when we visit Palm Springs. It is a very lovely hotel, quaint and charming and secluded. The room we prefer is perfect and the bed is very comfortable. Great staff especially Alma and Valentina who are so accommodating with our needs. Great location and easy walking distance to downtown PS. Nothing. Everything was perfrct

The most adorable quiet and private hotel ever ! That there was no way to get ice drinks or snacks

The room was simple, comfortable, clean, and quiet—with a calming quality. The staff were very helpful and kind. The grounds and Spanish-style buildings are uniquely rustic, colorful, and pretty. It is a lovely intimate setting with plants, covered patios, and a pool. A little oasis.

decor No bottle water for the coffee machine Front desk limited hours It apears that AC was limited to the 74 degrees F setting of the unit, but it was not comfortable for us. when we tried to get the temp down, it shut down. So our sleep was not great on a summer night.

Clean room, bigger than expected. Its a nice hidden boutique hotel, we really liked the aesthics. We will definitely come back.

I liked the style of the hotel, room’s spread around the pool, plenty of parking and very clean. We will definitely stay there again.

We liked we were able to go in the pool at anytime. It was clean, quiet and peaceful. Really no complaints. Maybe a vending machine would be nice.
