Incredibly friendly staff! The room we booked ended up being a "petite room" which was quite tight for the 2 of us, but it worked out. Whole hotel felt like a little cottage village -- very quaint! Shower pressure was not great.

I really don’t know what’s there is not to like on this property. We have been coming to this hotel since 2013. One thing I do miss is the restaurant that was on site.

Small hotel so convenient to the main shopping street with restaurants. Room was very comfortable and spacious. We could hear the people next door in their toilet as if they were in our room. There was nothing available to eat or drink so guests were bringing in food and leaving their food packaging by the pool.

Quiet room, pool view, AC in room was amazing, great shower. Comfortable bed, 10% off coupons at local restaurants given at check-in. The best hotel in Palm Springs. Book it, you'll love it.

Designated Smoking area just outside our room, #23. The information provided by booking.com was incorrect. It said, "no smoking on property". Valentina who checked us in said we'd been given an upgrade. No upgrades there, I got what I had booked. Overall extremely disappointed to experience a chain smoker outside my room. No support from the hotel for a refund. So, NEVER AGAIN will I stay here or recommend. Kim

The property has a really cool Spanish villa feel with a beautiful central pool and a relaxed, tropical vibe. We upgraded our room and it was incredible, basically a private villa with a living room and multiple balconies, which made the stay feel way more elevated than expected. The location was perfect too, just off the main downtown area so it was quiet but still close to everything. Honestly, not much to complain about. If anything, being slightly off the main strip means a short walk or quick drive to the busiest spots, but we actually appreciated the quieter setting. Overall, it was a great experience.
