We absolutely enjoyed our time at Triada. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend it.

On our second day, came to the pool area and threatened to kick us out, shut the pool down, and call the police, claiming we were "taking over" the pool and leaving a mess. We had about 12 kids under 13 with us, so while there was normal pool noise, we constantly monitored them. Furthermore, we were incredibly mindful of our trash—the night before, a staff member actually stopped us to thank us because they were so surprised by how clean we left the area. When we asked to speak to a manager because of the aggressive tone she was using, she defensively claimed she was the "only manager" there. We later found out that the General Manager is someone else. To have an employee lie about her position, refuse to let us speak to management, and jump straight to threatening paying guests with the police is completely unacceptable. It made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome for the rest of our stay. Beware of booking here if you have a family; the frontline staff is great, but that employee's behavior was shocking.

The suite we got needed some upgrades. Have stayed here many times over the years and I love that is walking distance to downtown. Room had some ants too.

Everything and everyone was amazing. The staff was very friendly. The food was good the drinks were good and I even the guest ere friendly. Im coming back for sure

Right before entrance to downtown. Very charming. We chose this for anniversary. Saw some families. But definitely more of a couples spot.

The room was beautiful Good cardio equipment in gym but not much for a weights workout

Staff was beyond friendly and courteous. Allowed us a couple extra hours past checkout due to an unforeseen circumstance which was very nice. The Jacuzzi was not cleaned and had lots of dirt stains on the seats and steps

We only stayed for one night but the room was very clean, the beds were cozy, bathroom was HUGE and the staff was very helpful. Upon arrival we were given complimentary bloody mary's and by far the best we've had (the bartenders secret recipe)! Great little hotel...will definitely stay again!

Very clean. Wife loved the place. Especially the kitchen portion of the room. Only valet available and no self parking but overall, excellent.

Great property super close to downtown Palm Springs. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make her stay feel amazing. We brought our dog and we were able to bring her to most restaurants in town. The salt pool was great on our skin and the poolside bar made it a truly relaxing stay. Our a/c went hot when I started messing with it and the maintenance team was quick to fix the user error issue so we were cool in the desert heat.

Friendly staff, beautiful property and room, convenient location, great amenities

Shower was cramped and odd; door could only swing in because of limited space so you were getting splashed just turning it on and hot water took forever to heat up. Pools and hot tub could use facelift considering the price point. Surfaces were crumbly, probably because of hot summer sun exposure. Overall, a great stay and would recommend.
