The room was clean and the property beautifully maintained ……there’s always something about people trying too hard to be super polite and helpful that loses something for me. Although, polite and helpful is definitely a plus for this hotel chain. Overall a very pleasant stay

My friend group just had a stay this weekend & had a great time. Staff wad super friendly at check in and we had a complimentary drink & waters. They were able to accommodate us in close rooms. The second floor had the pool& restaurant. The only downfall is that the pool seating was full and we were charged $200 for a day bed. It did come with two prosecco drinks but that was an expense we weren’t counting on. Music was ok but could have been better. Hotel restaurant was yummy & staff was friendly.

Have signs at the parking. The elevators to the room, why do i have to go thru a club and restaurant. It could have been separated.

And another inconvenience was the parking lot situation. The parking lot is located quite far from the rooms.

Location and vibe were amazing. The food needs an upgrade.

The design of the hotel is really beautiful. Our room had its own little outdoor terrace, very private. Lovely, big rooms with a great bathroom. The finishes are very tastefully done and all feel very new. Restaurants and bar are great. Staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our dog loved it too!

The pools were both very dirty. The room was full of hair. Disgusting. The Manager and front girls were horrible.

Great place and pets stay free plus the staff is wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay. All of the staff were excellent, so kind and helpful. The room was spacious and had beautiful finishings. I will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel Amend used were exceptional. The units were well designed. The pool was one of the best that we’ve seen amazing views of the mountains. Great staff plenty of seats, very well maintained..

The property was beautiful and restaurant was fantastic!! The bar staff seemed irritated to be serving us. Once we escalated the issue they were very kind.
