The staff were so kind and helpful. Resort feel. So many things to do and see with in walking distance. Everything was clean. Live music in the lobby was so fun.

Dated older property staff not busy but look over worked? Hair in food at bar. They comps the meal. It was ok.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but this time I thought visitors should know. The place has a very clean entry, some areas were run down and dirty. It was not even hidden. The pool was a big thing for me. We stay at the best hotels in Las Vegas. So compare to those, the room felt outdated and not deep cleaned. It felt like they only surface clean. The toilet would not flush with one flush, you had to hold the handle down so it can flush. The tub was getting full, water wouldn’t go down and was clogged. I would share pics but it doesn’t allow me here. It breaks my heart to put this review, but this is my experience. You have to pay $30 a night for parking or park in the street. Which gets filled pretty quickly. I did receive a $30 coupon from the company you purchase the parking from. I hope they put some money in the remodeling of this hotel because is in a very good area. It’s conveniently by walking distance of bars, restaurants and shopping stores.

Restroom not working properly, did not flush well needed to flush alot of times fir everything to go. TV's not working needed to call to get them service. Overall hotel was not what I was expecting rating needs to change.

close to the strip, hotel and rooms a little outdated but fairly clean

Loved it nice rooms great bar!

Stay was great , pool was nice. Rooms were nice too. When we first got there. A few times of entering and exiting our room. Our room wouldn’t lock no matter what we did. Called the front desk and sent someone to fix it right away. Everything else was smooth

Downside: the room and hotel was hot. We had the ac all the way down and still found it to be uncomfortable. The TV was also super slow to change channels. Parking is confusing but the front desk helped out.

The room on 5th Floor given me has a back door access on a not Air conditioned hallway with a 2nd entry door that is not friendly. Palm Springs is a desert with extremely hot temperatures. Why would I be given a room way in the back? I paid for King bed. It was a let down if you are senior citizen with many luggages to carry. Office table did not even have a chair. The veranda has 2 dilapidated torn chairs. This has no “Touch of Hyatt” that goes with the elegant name. I have stayed there a few days ago & it was a much better room experience. Not a fun time.

My family of 5 stayed for one night to explore Cabazon the next day. It was a great place to stay for a spontaneous night away from LA. The hotel is a bit out dated I felt that the rooms were pretty big though and it was nice to have a separation of the rooms with another living space and balcony. We requested a microwave and they brought one to us within 30 minutes and also helped with our TV remote not working within 30 minutes as well. I would say I felt like I never really saw staff around the hotel. We were at the pool and they do allow more items down there like floaties and speakers and drinks people brought in coolers. It was hard to find anyone who can get help with some towels by the pool so I would suggest brining your own or asking front desk ahead of going into the pool area. .

The location and views from our room were incredible! The front desk staff, particularly Annaly made our stay a 5 star!

Very nice clean nice pool
-
The room was clean, but needs repairs on the wall and qw had a chair with a whole on it. The toilet was not flushing well. And my husband hurt his toe on the ledge close to the bed.
-
The only reason for me to stay is for its great location. Other than that, nothing is good.
-
The room was clean but eh couches has alot of stains and the ac wasnt cooling the room down
-
Amazing place will be back be soon

The location of it

Also note, they have hotel parking, but you need to check in first and get a key or you can't take elevator from garage to hotel. Parking costs extra too. You should also be aware there is a "destination fee" that is not shown on Expedia that they charge when you check out. So there are additional fees that may be unexpected.

Very relaxing environment
