Hyatt Palm Springs

I had several issues during my stay. I had requested towels they never came. Also, the light in the patio, the light in bathroom, the tv in the bedroom was broken and did not work. Lastly, they only had one elevator working which caused long wait times going down to the lobby or up to my room. Beyond frustrating! I did request to get a call from the manager and that also never happened.

Terrible experience elevators not working properly, furniture was dirty and stained, bathroom sink was clogged, toilet would not flush, room smelled of Marijuana, our phone would not work to call front dest, tv would flicker turn of then turn back on, ac would only blow cold in half the room. And after bringing all this up to the front desk at our first day of stay they told us engineering would be up to our room to fix the issues. No one should up and all the issues were there during our whole stay.

Location is everything and the room was very spacious too would stay here again.

The staff was so nice

I had a hard time finding the parking lot at first because I didn't realize it was in the back. It would be helpful if you could provide more detailed directions to the parking lot.

Two of the bars on site were closed as was the restaurant every night. Holiday week so everything was packed so was alittle annoying i needn’t get the full experience of the listing. Know that dinner won’t be served daily and on one night it was even cancelled.

Patio furniture needs to be replaced. Cracked and broken. Mattress was great.

The parking lot underneath is great for extra security and I did several folks patrolling down below to ensure the vehicles were locked and secured. The best part of this hotel, and the main reason why I chose Hyatt, was for its location downtown AND amazing view of the mountain directly behind the building. I also want to emphasize that there is the advertised rate AND THEN parking fees ($63 for a two night stay) AND a Destination fee ($25ish per day). Expect to spend $100 - $150 more on this aspect alone that is very misleading in my perspective. If it costs, just let me know about these fees instead of surprising me about them when I arrive.

The Parking fee was too high.,so we end up parking a cross street 🙁🙁🙁🙁

The server at the restaurant was the slowest service ive ever got for breakfast. He had no pace, no urgency, no energy. Not sure if he was just having a bad day. We found a bed bug in our room also.

The room was quite clean. We brought our dog as well

Overall had a great time. Staff was great and loved coming back to a clean room and fresh linens and towels everyday. Will definitely come back again

The room/suite was clean and the Hotel parking was convenient. Staff had allowed us to check in early, which helped us to get ready for the Bridal Shower dinner in the community @ Spencer's Restaurant. My adult daughter swam in the nicely appointed pool and I could watch her from our balcony and take great pics. A perfect stay in DT Hyatt Palm Springs.

I liked the view my room had. And the bed was ok. Need to change the pillows . They were very uncomfortable The fact that I paid to stay at a hotel and no free parking. 30 a day to park was diabolical...

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and nice to stay in. We had fun in the pool too. Thank you!

If I can change one thing, I’d wish there was more lounging chairs by the pool

Place is okay needs upgrade needs nicer staff needs more amenities
