The pool has a bar but it was closed so, I couldn’t enjoy that either. And the outside patio was closed as well. Aug is not the time to go out there. It’s way too hot.

This is not the Hyatt I used to know. Property was very run down. They no longer provide luggage assistance, which I get, but the luggage carts were all broken. Staff was very friendly. Just sad to see how run down this property is. The pool bar/restaurant is now closed as well.

Rooms need to be updated and cleaned properly. We noticed some parts of the room were not very clean. The rooms were very dated and the parking garage was limited and expensive.

Everyone was very friendly the moment when we check in The floors were a little warm and couldn't fill the AC but the room was excellent temperature.

Outstanding room. It was a suite - similar to an Embassy Suites room. I stayed on the 6th floor and would recommend that for the view. It was 114 outside when I was there. Inside the a/c was working to keep up. It was OK inside but not more than OK.

I have been to many places in Palm Springs and this is one of them that I can truthful recommend to go every time my wife and I love it

Lots of the facilities are not working or closed. 2 of the bars are shut and the main restaraunt closes very early. Only one elevator operational. Weird and loud music played throughout the hotel from around 08:00. Everything is quite shabby.

everything was perfect its my 3rd time staying at the hyatt and i will continue staying at the hyatt , Every time i stay it always over meets my explantations. The only thing that i would say is during the summer just make sure theres always a stock of toweks by the pool.

The check in process with Oscar was the only negative interaction with your staff. Everyone else was great.
