Very nice hotel with beautiful décor. The room was clean and cozy, and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. The pool area was amazing. The staff were helpful and professional, and the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious. Nothing special

Beautiful corner room--excellent housekeeping!

Great location super close to a Starbucks and many stores and restaurants. Staff was very very helpful, check-in and checkout process was easy. Rooms are super clean and modern. Great pool as well.

The swimming pool was amazing. We really loved it. Nice and confortable bedrooms. Lovely beauty products in the bathroom Hotel restaurant closed early and we had a late check-in. We were disapointed as we were really looking forward to eat there. We had good review about it. Also the breakfast included pack is strange as you receive a 60$ budget for 4 people to spend on their brunch menu.

Super clean. Perfect location, the best customer service! Loved everything.

Not only was the hotel lovely, the breakfast was a step above. I enjoyed the Turkish eggs accompanied with the Berry bowl. The service maintained excellent attention to detail.

When support staff helped solve my issue with my bad back When management said NO to getting a poolside pillow for my back and did NOT even try to think or help come up with an alternative.... Very SAD that the management is trained to be a robot While the support staff (room service) helped come up with a solution.

The hotel is extremely dog-friendly - they provide a complimentary dog bed and bowl upon request, and pets stay free, which is a huge bonus. The central location is also perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooftop pool added to the overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the Kimpton Rowan to anyone visiting Palm Springs - especially those traveling with a pet. We would happily stay here again!

First time at this hotel. Loved it! Went for a girls trip to enjoy Palm Springs. Hotel was clean, upscale and staff were amazing! Thank you!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Valet drivers were top notch. One time we got back to our room when my wife realized she left her phone in the car. I went back down, and the valet was already bringing her phone. That's good service. The ice water in the lobby was wonderful. So was the wine tasting. Plenty of amenities. The restaurant was great. The hotel was within walking distance of shops and food. All in all, a great hotel.
