Hotel Zoso

We loved the hotel but there’s just one issue about the bathroom shower faucet. The faucet handle was broken and fell off which made it difficult for us to figure out the hot and cold water.

Love this place, very clean and helpful staff.

Air conditioning was broken and not working well. And manager told me at 10pm to check out and find a new hotel because there is nothing they can do since they have fans to other rooms. Everything else was okay but since it was so hot and the rooms were too it made the experience miserable. Do not go here

Easy access for taxis and in the heart of Palm Springs!!! Some of the electrical sockets didn’t work only the sockets to the lamps. Other then that such a minor detail. The room was spectacular.

Place was clean, and incredibly well located. Honestly, the location was the best part.

Zoso hotel was an excellent choice to stay near the heart of Palm Springs and conveniently situated around the bars and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, valet was included with the room, the pool was great and had a great bar service. My only complaint is that the on site restaurant wasn’t operating and no notice was made when I booked; i was hoping to try it. Morever, despite the lobby having a bar, it was closed because there was a show in the restaurant space. I had to go through the show and hope the host would let you proceed to order. Thankfully it wasn’t as busy so I was able to order but even then the bartender noted he had to leave constantly to restock from the lobby bar as the one in the restaurant wasn’t always open. He barely had pineapple juice to make my drink! Overall, it’s a good choice and would certainly return, hopeful that its restaurant is open for visitors.

It started off bad because of my choice of booking app. Anyways the staff at the front desk. Michael and the other cutie helped us get our reservation in order. It was gorgeous. Room was deluxe and gorgeous. Pillows could be better. Pool was too shallow but fun. Overall I would come back and they have tons of planned events on the weekend as far as I know. Thank you zoso. And Michael from the front desk ☺️

Great staff, friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained. Lobby bar and pool bar are great. With all the restaurants close by no need to drive anywhere.
