Our to go hotel close to the downtown strip

Room was clean, staff was wonderful, excellent location, fun atmosphere! Highly recommend and will stay here again soon!

The staff were polite and helpful and the room was clean. The pool area looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in days and the elevate closest to the room wasn’t functional. Overall, I give this property a 3 out of 5 stars.

When we arrived the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. That was the first thing I noticed and was happy about. Then we headed to our room. First issue, as we walked from the pool deck to the doors that go into the hotel where our room was it reeked of urine, most likely from dogs. Even though they have signs for dogs not to pee on the artificial grass you could tell that is what it has been used for. Spray it down with some kind of neutralizer to get rid of the smell. Second as soon as we walked into our room (1st floor) it completely smelled like sewage which was most likely coming from the drains. Third, the carpets were sticky and old. My wife was afraid to walk on them barefoot with the way they felt. Lastly, there was a cricket in our room which we did not find out until about midnight when it started chirping loudly all night. The next day I asked for a new room and we were moved to the 3rd floor which was better than the first floor room but could still use some updating. No smell, no crickets and the carpet felt a little better. Cute hotel in the lobby but the rooms and pool area (water was cloudy and dirty) need to be updated. Most likely would not stay here again.

Everything was closed no bar at the pool later in the afternoon the lobby bar bartender was terrible on Saturday. On Sunday the lobby bar was closed all day long and no coffee shop was open. No valet parking on Monday , the staff all standing around not doing anything.

A very attractive hotel and it can be lively on the weekends. It put me in the mind of a small Las Vegas hotel. It was very nice

l really like this place because of location. Rooms are always nice! Just wish I didn't have to travel so far to get ice because the ice machines are always out of order.

Front desk staff were very helpful, courteous and informative. We checked in early and were given a free upgrade to a poolside room. The room was clean and comfortable.
-
Well maintained facility with friendly attentive staffs. Pool area have plenty of covered cabanas and lounge chairs. Only downside now is that they don’t serve food in the summer. I think in pool area not sure about restaurant.

I want to give this place a higher rating - but - it has the vibes of its former glory when it was Hard Rock. I'd say some of it is lackluster and a little depressing. It tries to maybe be modern and a bit more posh, but it's got a long wait. We checked on a Saturday afternoon in late June, so I was expecting is to be a bit busy. The pool - very small, overcrowded, cabanas were dirty, and looking at the colour of the water....not sure. Lobby bar was empty and a bit depressing. Check in was not friendly or inviting. Our balcony chairs were dirty and look like they hadn't been attended to for some time. Old finishings in the hotel that weren't fixed in relation to the cost of the room plus resort fee? Disappointing. Pros: Water dispensers stocked around lobby Double queen room feels a bit spacious 24 hour little convenience shop stocked with snacks and drinks Found the beds cozy and comfortable Nice toiletries (soaps) in the bathroom Central location with easy access to many things Parking was valet only but easy to access Would definitely choose somewhere else next time. There's a lot of choices within a 2-3 block radius.

Ok

It was midweek off season so very quiet with no food or beverages available. Would have loved a cold drink lounging in the pool. But that aside, great value, it was clean, staff friendly and best perk in the middle of summer, free underground parking. Would definitely stay here next time in Palm Springs!

Unfortunately , we won’t stay here ever again. One and done .

Hotel is a bit dated. Excellent staff. Stay on the interior rooms. I was woken at 3am by someone having a loud argument with his dealer
