I had previously been there for events but never considered staying there. We were extremely happy with the staff and the room. The amenities were top notch.

The staff is s exceptionally helpful. The rooms are very comfortable.

super friendly staff! would stay here again (:

The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the property is starting to show its age and could definitely benefit from a remodel and some updates. The bedding could also use a refresh. The pool area was nice, the shops were convenient, and the amenities overall were good. My biggest complaint was the parking garage. It was surprisingly dirty compared with the rest of the property. I only really noticed it toward the end of my stay since valet had been handling the car before then. That said, none of those things significantly affected my stay. Everything else was great, and I enjoyed my time here. With some updates to the rooms, bedding, and parking garage, this could be an even better property. Overall, I’d give Hotel Zoso about an 8.5–9 out of 10 and would stay here again.

Air conditioning was broken . I reported to staffs did not fixed until next morning 0830 . Temperature set up 82 . It was very hot in Palm Springs .
-
Staff was attentive, near everything! Stayed here for splash house will definitely stay again

...Towels shredded partially, seen too many cycles through the wash? ...Room 208 while seated in the bathroom the sink drain pipes were visible and appeared dirty. ...TV printed channel guide would be easier than channel surfing to find favorites.

It sucks that the club is closed and the got rid of the pool party.

Great experience. Hotel looks very modern. Super clean rooms. I had a great view of the pool. Staff was very helpful when checking in and out. They even have a 24hr convenience store. Staff is very responsive and prompt. I read multiple reviews saying they have a valet parking set up which I addressed during check-in. They said for the summer mouths, during the slow season, they only have valet parking on the weekends and the rest of the week is available for on site parking within valet.

Thursday night was super quiet and felt a little eerie because it felt like we were the only guests staying there. Parking was plentiful, we didn't have to share the pool with anyone and we played extra to get a room right near the pool so that was cool and convenient. However, the main doors to our building did not lock and with the emptiness of the hotel it felt a little concerning to us and the quietness felt a bit like a dystopian movie! If you don't know, summertime is not tourist peak season in Palm Springs so I feel this explains how quiet and empty it was on Thursday. Friday the next day was a different story. More guests were checking it. The lobby businesses were open. There were other guests swimming in the pool. Parking spaces were no longer as available. It actually felt more comforting and safe having more guests milling about in the public spaces of the hotel. The liveliness no longer made the place feel abandoned or dystopian. Our room was comfortable with picturesque views of the pool and mountain tops. Unfortunately, our safe was not working and we couldn't use our fridge because it was leaking. I told the front desk when we checked out. Not a deal breaker! I would stay here again for the proximity to downtown businesses and we were comfortable overall.

I don’t recommend this hotel when you are traveling for business Very dark smell very hold, the bar was closed

I’m sorry to report that there has been a noticeable drop in quality with this hotel. The hallways were left with plates and garbage and unvacuumed. Room service never came when requested. Air-conditioning did not work reliably on an extremely hot weekend. Staff sometime were not to be found not even at the front desk. A main elevator did not work.

The hotel has fleas or other insects. My kid and my wife all got bitten.

Good location. Hotel staff were great. Free valet parking was a plus (those guys worked so hard in the hot sun and barely anyone tipped them- don’t be cheap). Loved the salt water pool. Only qualm we had was that the AC system in the room did not work as needed. We had it set on the lowest temp but it would not drop below 77° which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. Would consider staying here again for the price if we can figure out the AC issue
