This hotel is great! From the easy check in to convenient parking to the nice pool and clean rooms. They even have a free shuttle service to take you into town and pick you up. The cleanliness was impeccable. We'll definitely be returning.

Great location to the main strip and casino. We loved that you could walk right out to the pool. Pool service could have been better but overall, it was a nice stay.

Was upset about 30.00 per day parking since I am handicapped and had a sticker and need to park close. Was not informed till I got there and they did not care!

The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean had a wonderful time.

Front desk and employees were very professional and welcoming. Had a small issue with someone smelling up the room before we got there and the front desk switched us immediately. Luckily it was not a busy weekend. So appreciated. Tanks Hilton Family for employing such great people, you guys/gals deserve it all.

Front desk person was rude. May not stay there again, as there are lots of better options in the area.

Bed was comfortable, bath amenities were okay. Best thing besides the pool bar staff was the hotel shuttle. They were not too busy, so they took us and picked us up around Palm Springs area. Great not having to deal with Uber or Lyft and tipping them was easy since we didn't have to pay for transportation costs. Yes, the hotel is dated, but location is perfect, staff is great.

This was our 3rd time staying here. We enjoy staying here because of the proximity to a lot of good places to eat.

Started off bad, they gave us a crappy room with broken toilet. but mgr ended up changing our room and trip ended up being good.

The property was clean. The staff was super friendly. It was a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Palm Springs! (And it’s literally across the street from the casino and a block off the Main Street with tons of shops/restaurants easily accessible).
