Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel

Our stay was excellent staff very helpful, hotel was exceptionally very clean. Breakfast was very good and reasonable service was great, enjoyed the pool and everything was nearby.

We booked a room with a pool view. Paid extra, absolutely no view. Our phone did not work so we would have to use our cell phones and go through the automated system. The food by the pool was great, and service was overall good.

Took my Dad here for a little vacation, and he had a great time. Everything is clean, and the pool was amazing. Great fun bartenders too! My only issue is... for a luxury hotel, they really need to update the bathtubs/showers. And there are no plugs/charger stations on the nightstand between the beds. WTH? You mean I have to charge my phone on the other side of the room? Really inconvenient. Every hotel I've ever stayed at has a lamp or an alarm device that lets you plug your phone into.

Everything was wonderful!

We stayed 3 days, we enjoyed the pool the only complaint was not enough umbrellas for the number of lounge chairs. Too many chairs with no umbrellas. Customer Service in the pool area was great! The pool workers were excellent at their job. The restaurant has always been a perfect touch with excellent service and food. The room was clean but the bed was terrible could not get a good sleep due to the bad mattress and bad pillows my wife and I, kept tossing and turning could not sleep. Our backs and shoulders hurt from the uncomfortable bed. The carpet needs to be up dated or at least shampooed to brighten and deodorize. Also the TV was very dark while watching it with no way to adjust. The balcony chairs and tables look nice but they are too large for the size of the balcony. It’s very tight to move around to get in and out. Overall we do like the hotel, the front desk and all the other workers were very nice and helpful.

I wish breakfast was a given, cost a lot of money. The staff are friendly. My room was clean.

Staff was nice, helpful. Room clean. Just wish their cable was upgraded, didn’t have much channels, etc. a microwave would be nice too.

This resort was fabulous! Our room overlooking the pool with a balcony was great! Nice lobby. Beautiful pool with pool bar. Lobby bar had a good vibe. It was close to the strip ( downtown Palm Springs) and walkable to the casino. Staff was nice and friendly. Room and bathroom clean. We had a mini-fridge and safe in our room which was an added bonus.

We had a great time at the property and we will stay there again in the future. I think the property in the rooms could be modernized a little bit more, but overall, it was a good stay.

They had a raffle and we got a free buffet breakfast that was really nice. Super easy check in. Pool was great. The exterior of pool patio needs a good pressure wash. The elevators and hallways need vacuuming. Otherwise we were very happy. The room was very comfortable good value.

It was a very reasonably priced accommodation, but the air conditioner in the room was a bit too loud. The pool area was clean but could be cleaner, dead bees floating around. The only restaurant was understaffed. The parking charge, ummm, not sure if surrounding properties charge for parking.

When we arrived our bed linens were stained that’s probably the only issue i had outside of that the hotel and staff were great

It was great, the room was spectacular

2nd time staying here. Huge pool is the reason why. Lota of pool chairs. Drinks are good. They have a paletero man pass by. Rooms are nice and clean.

Everything was great. Service, room, bed, food all great.

Everything was extremely clean. Check In was super easy kid, friendly resort my grandkids loved the pool and sitting out on our balcony at night watching the sun go down.

It’s a beautiful property and close to everything however…. It has beef declining in cleanliness. We have been going here for over 10 years and lately it’s not getting cleaned properly and some of the staff does not care to hear your concerns. The rooms are clean but the hallways and common areas and the pool area are always dirty.
