We booked this hotel because it was a larger, more family-friendly option than many of the smaller, more bougie hotels in Palm Springs. We were traveling with our son and intended on spending the majority of our days in the pool. The lobby of this property is lovely and the employees were all friendly and attentive. Our room was fairly standard but had a handful of things in a state of disrepair -- the toilet seat was completely disconnected from the toilet on one side; the bathroom sink took FOREVER to drain (like it was more than half full after brushing teeth), the back of the door appeared to have water damage at the bottom and the hook in the center was broken off so there was nowhere to hang anything. We should have immediately asked for a different room, but didn't want to be difficult. We decided to head to the pool to enjoy a refreshing dip before dinner. The pool area is fairly large with plenty of seating, but the bathtub-like temperature was disappointing -- to the point that my son wanted to get out because he was too hot. I get that it's peak summer and the daytime temps were well over 100º, but desert resorts usually have cooling systems in place to combat that. Ultimately we decided to cut our losses and check into a different hotel. We could have dealt with the room, but knowing we wouldn't have a nice pool to swim in was pretty much the deal breaker. Since we booked through hotels.com, we were unable to get a refund for the rest of our stay.

We traveled with a large group and had all the amenities we all needed for a comfortable stay. Staff was excellent! At check-in, most of my guest were assisted by Ben who was pleasant, accommodating, and went above and beyond.

Rooms were a bit outdated. Air conditioner was quite loud.

The property was nice overall however I did see a roach in our room which was unpleasant. The lobby trash cans were overflowing with trash on Saturday morning with staff just walking by like they didn’t notice. The pool was enjoyable.

Overall I was happy with my stay . The pool was a good size , the rooms were clean, the hotel amenities were clean. For your money - it’s a good deal. My only complaint is how unbelievably expensive everything including parking was. $35 a night ? There was so much space , it was ridiculous . The drinks and food by the pool were triple what they should be…$14 for a taco? You get a discount on your room but They make their money from all that other stuff really.
