Courtyard By Marriott Palm Springs

Other than the moth and spider that greeted me when I opened the door, the room was clean and useful and my stay was pleasant. Staff were helpful in finding and removing the moth hiding behind the pillow I would have used so that I could settle in after a long drive.

I needed a room last minute and they had one left they were very easy to deal with accommodating let me check in early anything I needed property was beautiful as perfect right near Palm Canyon Drive so I can take my son on the strip

Perfect stop over as part of our larger trip. Wish we could have stayed longer. Laundry facilities were a welcome bonus.

The room was very small. Refrigerator was tiny. Barely any room for anything. For the amount of money we paid for that room for one night it was very disappointing. After the sun went down a little bit later in the evening there was a group of about 20 or more youth that were very loud and nobody seemed to be monitoring them and since our room was right above the pool it was extremely annoying as they were extremely loud. There was no way that we wanted to go down there during that time even though we might have wanted to otherwise. Also there was nobody monitoring the towels and there were so many dirty used towels still on the lounges and the basket of dirty towels was completely full that it seemed like nobody was monitoring any of this or cared to. Also having to pay an additional $10.00 for parking after paying nearly $200.00 for a very small room with no microwave and barely any space was an added slap in the face. See above statement

The Courtyard by Marriott in Palm Springs, CA is a beautiful facility with modern and updated decor that make travelers feel comfortable and secure. The staff are personable, helpful and kind, Check-in with reservations is quick and easy. Breakfast and dinner options are prepared fresh and are tasty. The rooms are well appointed and include electrical outlets and USB ports so needed by modern travelers. The bathroom was sparkling and the room was exceptionally clean and neat. This was my second time staying there, and I would return again. My only complaint was my room was near pet friendly suites. I was awakened at 3am by loud barking by a dog in a nearby room. In the future I will request a room in a different part of the hotel! But overall, this was a great place to stay and within walking distance of the downtown area.

The service was great, checking in and out was super simple, and the bed and pillows were perfect! Absolute perfection for a mini getaway.

The food at the restaurant was terrible. The chicken was rubbery as if just frozen and tawed in the microwave! The hamburger was had no taste whatsoever. Also no staff member came to check if the food was! We decided not to skip breakfast there due to the poor state of food.
