Extended Stay America Suites Palm Springs Airport

Speaking of which, a bee stung me AND the other lady at the pool that morning. Lots of wasps and bees in and around the pool. Very few handicapped parking spots. 4 for a hotel with over 100 rooms. Ridiculous. The people working there were nice, housekeeping, maintenance. NOT THE FRONT DESK though. INATTENTIVE AND MOSTLY ABSENT AND VERY SNARKY AND RUDE EXCEPT FOR Tim. They never clean the rooms or vacuum, Have to ASK for towels and toilet paper. The pool was nice but locked the gate from 10 pm until 8 am. Stupid. It's better to swim at night than in the blazing 109° F heat. I left with a majorly BAD impression given my age and what they did to me. Will never stay at an Extended Stay America EVER AGAIN. ZERO STARS. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Something sticky on the floors, Sinks and tub would not drain, and the tiolet would not flush. Was told that they would try to get someone to fix it and 3 hrs later no one! Then they didn’t have another room to move us to. The grab and go breakfast is coffee, hot water, instant oatmeal, a nutrigrain bar and prepackaged muffins. Not even regular creamer for coffee only sweetened pump type. We left.

Room was dirty had to have them change my bed sheets as they were stained. Elevator was dirty floors were dirty.

The staff is most accommodating and willing to assist in any way to ensure that your stay is a success.

The location geographically as far as being able to handle my business. The second room on the third night is what all the rooms should be like. I took several photos of the first room, dirty carpet, scratched up walls, broken recliner, stopped up son, second hand looking furniture and the iron ruined my shirt as it had something sticky melted on it i couldn't see. Also the desk attendant had on a shirt that looked like it was in his pocket balls up all night before he put it on. Terrible biz. Third night, they double booked my room Ana twice not once but TWICE , someone tried to ENTER MY ROOM while I was sleep. And, there were like drug addicts hanging out in the rest parking lot! I need a full refund, it was a tremble experience to say the least.

You need to request shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. There were some homeless by the pool and vitamins or medications vials on the floor.

Breakfast didn't consist of much. There were some muffins. I had instant oatmeal. There was a strong smell of marijuana or something similar. I don't know if it was impregnated in the carpet/furnishings, or drifting in from another room. We kept the AC running and it eventually dissipated. We also spotted a few small insects. We let housekeeping know our issues so hopefully it's improved.

Clean room staff were nice and breakfast was ok. I really liked that it had a kitchen

We stayed there for two weeks. The room was clean, the staff was helpful, and the location was perfect for us. Highly recommend them.

The staff is very warm and caring.

Close to airport. Room was spacious and clean No ice machine available on property because there are refrigerators and ice trays.

Breakfast sucked muffins and coffee I paid more money to have breakfast with my stay and I got a muffin the other extended stay had breakfast Breakfast and the room didn’t have a bed on the couch but it was a studio should have been a couch to sleep on I had to pay more for another bed for my son

To begin the first key we got wasn’t working. We had to go back to lobby to get a new key once we get the key they give us a room they was dirty or occupied on bed wasn’t maid towels on the table bad experience, when we got our room bed was uncomfortable, I will never go back to this hotel
