Clean, comfortable, nice location

There are plenty restaurants across the street great location the only thing was the room patio was shared with three other rooms which is great for a group of people traveling together

The unfortunate thing, and I really don’t mind the place, but there was no communication with us residents, that there was palm tree trimming the on Monday that I was staying there. So needless to say there was debris around and on my car, as well as loud thumping noises that started around six in the morning. A courtesy call could have alleviated some of the alarm.

The standout experience was working with Luis, who managed our reservations. I booked five rooms through Expedia, and anyone who has booked a large group through a third-party site knows that can sometimes create complications. Luis went above and beyond to make sure our reservations were correct, our rooms were coordinated, and our large family felt welcomed. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a tremendous difference. I would gladly book here again if Luis is still part of the team. That said, there were several areas where the hotel could improve. Since we stayed over the Fourth of July weekend, it would have been nice if the hotel had information available about local fireworks, events, or activities. Even a simple flyer or recommendations from the front desk would have enhanced the guest experience. I also learned that the "suite" options are not what I expected. I paid extra for a poolside suite, but the room was actually smaller than anticipated and didn't feel worth the additional cost. I requested a refund for the upgrade and

Staff is great. The pool was delightful except it needed to be cleaned more frequently. When windy, the amount of bugs/bees and dirt blowing into the pool was a lot so they needed to check it and clean it with the net. Other guests commented each time thru hot in the water. They should clean the blue tile in the water that is all around the pool. It’s scummy.

It Was very clean .. Everything was good

The beds.. They were working on something at the pool using saw and drills, so there was no relaxing... And obviously the filtration system wasn't working.There were so many bugs and oils and greases from people.. I paid an extra $60 for a checkout at 5 PM.And we are locked out of our rooms at eleven , and they said , oh , he should have tell you to come back at 11 AM to have them re keyed.. Which no one told us..

This hotel was by far the best!

The new linens were delightful! I do wish the booking web site would have explained the room rate was so low because of the room location. If that is what you are doing you should include a picture because the location in no way reflected the area the room was actually located. We arranged to update via the hotel staff. So conveniently located to shops and dining! Cute resort with helpful staff!

This place was amazing. Quiet and clean. I was a solo traveler and I felt completely safe and secure on property and in Palm Springs. The resort is located to so many great restaurants and shops. The art walk is directly across the street and Thursday nights the town has a street fair. 10/10 trip recommend.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. You can walk to great restaurants and stores and never take your car out of the parking lot. Parking is free. The hotel itself needs a little loving Ccare, but everything was clean. Would definitely stay here again.
