It was an amazing experience

first of all let me start by saying thank you to Luis & Edgar they went above and beyond to make our girl trip so comfortable and relaxing. This hotel is between walking distance of restaurants & clubs no need to move your car right in the center of everything thank you so much we will definitely stay here again. Everything was clean the pool was amazing 👌

Terrible do to stay, charged my credit card twice for no reason and then tried to offer free room for the inconvenience of fraud charges on my credit card

Superb

The air conditioning didn’t work very well in our room. When it’s 112 degrees out and we weren’t getting good airflow through our hotel room. They did do there best to fix the problem. But the air conditioner was not following very well at all

This is the second time we have stayed here and we would definitely come back again. The location is perfect! The rooms are so clean and spacious and the free coffee is a real bonus.

The hotel was everything I expected and more! The staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. Truly a five-star experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great stay at a reasonable price. Check-in process was super quick and staff was friendly. This was a quick stay and I didn't use the pool or spa but enjoyed the convenient location as it was walking distance to everything I needed. Great safe neighborhood. The only downside was a very noisy wall AC unit that sounded like it may need repair--otherwise wonderful stay and property.

For the most part the staff is outstanding. The rooms did get some sort of upgrade since the last time I was there. There was just a few things that disappointed me. The first night my toilet was clogged , the tv did not work and there was hair in the " clean towels" They were kind enough to place my son and I to another room. That room was nice the only problem was that they were doing either some early morning cleaning or maintenance that was a bit too loud that it woke me up.

Had an issue with toilet that flooded the room. It was a gross experience

I use to stay at this hotel when I visit the city, that’s my preferred choice for the last 3 times and always it’s been a great experience…only this time I found that the pool was poorly cleaned, the water was dirty and the pool area around it needed to be power wash cleaned. Other than that it was good.

They're organized very well, friendly and helpful staff. Nice and quite. Big clean rooms and comfortable beds. Parking all around property. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, stores etc. We enjoyed our stay and will come back. Thank you
