Palm Mountain Resort and Spa

I didn't have a balcony I had an ADA room which is amazing it was so clean I was very very happy I had a little incident but totally was my fault and they were just the kindest that they could be Luis is amazing so kind

Solid except the weird big white dude with glasses at the end he felt like he didn’t want to be there I guess it’s 7 o’clock in the morning but bro, if someone asked where the coffee is for the first time, you don’t gotta be a jerk about it. Or be snarky that alone is making me not want to come back.

Clean rooms and convenient location

The location was perfect, the hotel was clean and had everything we needed Seemingly no hot water for showers during our overnight stay

Location, location, location! It’s our second time staying here and we absolutely love it! Conveniently located in downtown. It is walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and more! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again!

Exceptional

The property and the rooms were nice, The rooms could use a little updating but were clean and comfortable - lots of room. However, they were doing work on the pool deck and 1/2 of the deck was unaccessable leaving everyone all sitting on one side. This was very uncomfortable because we were all stacked on top of each other. I probably would not have stayed here if I would have known.

Beautiful hotel! Pool area was well maintained. We spent a few great days pool side. Very convenient location to get to many great restaurants and stores.

It was an amazing experience

first of all let me start by saying thank you to Luis & Edgar they went above and beyond to make our girl trip so comfortable and relaxing. This hotel is between walking distance of restaurants & clubs no need to move your car right in the center of everything thank you so much we will definitely stay here again. Everything was clean the pool was amazing 👌

Terrible do to stay, charged my credit card twice for no reason and then tried to offer free room for the inconvenience of fraud charges on my credit card

Superb

The air conditioning didn’t work very well in our room. When it’s 112 degrees out and we weren’t getting good airflow through our hotel room. They did do there best to fix the problem. But the air conditioner was not following very well at all

This is the second time we have stayed here and we would definitely come back again. The location is perfect! The rooms are so clean and spacious and the free coffee is a real bonus.

The hotel was everything I expected and more! The staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. Truly a five-star experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great stay at a reasonable price. Check-in process was super quick and staff was friendly. This was a quick stay and I didn't use the pool or spa but enjoyed the convenient location as it was walking distance to everything I needed. Great safe neighborhood. The only downside was a very noisy wall AC unit that sounded like it may need repair--otherwise wonderful stay and property.
