Nice balcony over looking beach. Directly on beach was very nice.

We had an amazing time on the bottom floor our room was right in front of the pool and hot tub and had a beautiful view of the ocean ! Enjoyed sitting out on the patio and listening to the waves . Only complaint is that we got stuck in the elevator, and that they could use a upgrade but we took the stairs after that lol ! But overall decent place and had a good time !

Dirty, moldy greasy smelled bad. TVs did not work dirty clothing left in the kitchen drawer. The entire place was not as advertised upon looking deeper. I see that all the pictures posted were at least 12 years old.

This was hands-down the dirtiest property I have ever encountered. The rooms were smelly. The surfaces were greasy. The cable didn’t work. The TVs would not work. There was mold everywhere in the bathrooms one of the drawers with kitchen utensils actually had someone’s T-shirt left in it

Out of all the years coming to Panama City ,this stay at this hotel was the best ever. I will always stay at this hotel from here on out.

Great staff, clean rooms, but the facility itself, don’t expect more then a 2-2.5 star hotel

The hotel was great. I enjoyed having a patio, the beach was extremely close. The staff was super friendly and the room was efficient. I can't wait to make this resort my go to resort from here on out

The hotel has a 3 level and the a multi level floors connected to it. It has an elevator but it is way out of the way if you arent in the high riser building. The door didnt have food seal you could see outside. The air conditioner is really loud. No place to hang clothes. No safe to keep things safe I. was really disappointed.

Thanks will be back soon

I didn’t have a stove in our room as they advertised.

Not a bad price at all for the view. Right on beach after pool, and some rooms are literally on the beach.

Estuvo muy viejo y mal holor en la habitación

Fantastic place to stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to return!!!

it just needs updated some but otherwise for the price and the time of the year it was it was not too expensive just a place to crash

However, for the three nights we were there, we found the place grows on you because the location is perfect and the beach is spectacular. And the pool was fine - quite enjoyable if sometimes a bit crowded. The hotel is owned by a Dallas investment company that then hires a management company to run the place. They appear to be doing "just-in-time repairs". But nothing to impede their balance sheet. I can just see the meetings in Dallas: "Hey, people continue to book the place...look at our occupancy rates! Why spend?" So again, the place is OK if you have reasonable (i.e., low) expectations and are happy to have a great time at the beach. BTW, they charge daily for basic, uncovered parking out front in the parking lot. Not a good look...just a money grab. Other guests have complained, and the management has those hilarious non-answers: "Gee, thank you for your keen observation on the parking; we'll be sure to review out policies..."

Horrible service had to wait 2 hours after 4 to get a room. Then the room I paid for was horrible my beach view I paid extra for was obstructed by unkept vegetation, my blinds were ripped so I had to use a bag to cover it. Also my door wouldn't fully shut on its own so I had to slam it shut Everytime.
