Bikini Beach Resort

The beach was the only good thing about the stay. Everything was dirty, room smelled like urine. Staff were rude.

The affordability for a beach front property. Saw two large roaches and multiple smaller ones throughout our stay.

The room lighting was also very limited, with only lamps available, which made the room feel quite dark. Additionally, the refrigerator in my room was rusty and was not working when I arrived at check in @4pm. I reported the issue to the front desk the following morning and was told that someone would come to take a look at it. However, maintenance did not come until two days later, after I had returned to the front desk to ask for an update. As a result, the food I had stored in the refrigerator spoiled, which also caused an unpleasant odor in the room. Housekeeping is not provided unless specifically requested, which was another inconvenience during the stay. Parking was also an issue. There are only about 10 parking spaces available directly in front of the hotel, so guests may need to park across the road. There is no crosswalk available to safely cross the street, so guests have to be extremely cautious of oncoming traffic. Overall, I believe the hotel needs significant improvements in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and guest service.

Staff is amazing! Very peaceful and relaxing, just a few steps away from the beach.

Location is nice. Room was old, outdated, run down, disgusting. Parking across the street AND paying $15 a night is crazy.

The office staff was not able to provide even disposable plates or utensils and tried to excuse lack of necessary kitchen items with "we had a renovation." For comparison, in the past this hotel offered kitchenette-equiped rooms with necessary tableware and basic cooking utensils to accommodate the maximum occupancy of the room. By NOT providing the same items now and NOT updating the description on Hotels.com, the hotel FALSELY ADVERTISED what is available. This resulted in me having to spend my limited vacation time and money on purchasing missing items from stores. Furthermore, this FALSE ADVERTISING also hurt Hotel.com's reputation. I am disappointed that Hotels.com did not validate the advertisement and will question using Hotels.com again. I am very upset about Bikini Beach Resort's FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and lack of assistance and will be contacting BBB for that reason and to get reimbursement for money spent.

How close to the beach The room i stay in had mold on the bath ceiling and the TV didn't show good

It was not clean what so ever. We went and there was stains and dirty hand prints all over the wall. The hot water half worked. The toilet kept getting clogged up. The floor was like it was moist and it had a smell. We paid for a beach view and let’s just say the palm trees took over the view as it’s what was in front of it. I was trying not to be picky but I guess you get what you pay for😂

Its a great place to stay on the water.

The employees were very nice but the accommodations were sadly lacking.

Location Staff wasn’t friendly, parking is $15 a day, not alot of parking at the hotel, no king size rooms with balcony ocean view

I was so surprised how clean the room and property was for less than $400 for our 3 nights stay. I will be going back next year at same property. I know I see some negative reviews but I didn’t have anything negative not saying they didn’t but my stay was good. New tub, new toilet and new sink was in my room. Also beds were clean as well as the floors. Would recommend!!!!!!

When we got to our room, it smelled of mildew/mold. Asked to change rooms, was moved to a second room on the first floor, no view, still smelled of mold, with no WiFi connection. When we talked to the front desk, she said she could fix the WiFi but nothing else. Ended up getting a refund and moving to a different hotel.

Location was great. I don’t like that they charge you an additional $15 to park where you are already paying to stay.

Room was descent and had a balcony Paid for ocean view and paid good money for it but didn't get it. The view was of the tiki bar that's it and some trees last time was the same dang thing

It was a really nice room, with a beach view & near the pool and the bar (which wasn't open much as it was off-season). The wi-fi was in & out. They offer room service on request, and I only requested once as I only stayed a few days. The maintenance lady did a great job cleaning up my room. The parking situation isn't the best; it is $15 per night to park across the street. I don't feel that Expedia was clear about this, so not the motel's fault. It's an older property, but nice. I'd say between good and excellent is how I'd rate it. I would recommend it and I'll likely return again.
