It was a good place to stay I would stay there again one day

The room was just as advertised. It was not fancy but it was clean and right on the beach. The kitchenette didn’t provide much but it worked for us because we just wanted a full size refrigerator. The balcony had a great view but only had one chair and hot air from the AC unit blew onto it. We loved being able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella right there on their beach. Restaurants are within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. Because it is a smaller place, the beach was not as crowded as the ones around us.

Poor maintenance the staff seemed like they were really bothered except for one person. AC unit was leaking very badly in room to the point where I had to put towels all over the floor to soak up the water and not step on water.. bed and bed sheets kinda felt nasty and floor was very dirty

The beach was right behind the location and restaurants were walking distance.

It was terrible. You should remove it from your recommended places to stay room was moldy. Nasty, nothing like the pictures.\n Still fighting to get my parking money back after I canceled. They also charged me for 1 day because I didn't cancel within 24 hours. I didn't know how awful it was till I got there so that was unfair.\n Expedia should be ashamed.

The receptionist was very kind. However there was a problem with finding my paperwork. There was no place to park. I was told there was overflow parking across the busy street. I was allowed though to unload my car in the fire lane though. Then there were no luggage carts. People had left them on different floors. Not the resorts fault. The room was very nice though. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Tons of towels. On day 3 asked for fresh sheets. Never received them. Pool was very nice. Loved the tiki hut. Easy beach access. All in all a good place to stay. Very convenient to everything.

The room was not ready on time, had holes in the walls, had a busted coffee pot and a toilet that barely flushed. Location on the beach was great but don't expect to want to spend any time at all at the hotel.

The humans at the desk are barely helpful and super slow. There was only parking across the street even for handicapped.

I don't even know WHERE to start. I booked this celebration trip for my mom & niece. Boy oh boy, were we "catfished." Pictures look great! Get there, the room wasn't ready ; 2 hours late. Skillet had no handle. Gaps completely around the door. Drains so full of hair, my MOM had to clean them to get the water to go down. 2 towels. Ceiling falling apart. Bathtub was coming apart. Nasty handprints all over the doors. Dead roach. Stains running down the walls. Curtains wouldn't close cause they were broken off the hooks. Chair looked like it was from the 80s with stains all over it. Only 1 light for the whole room! Absolutely HORRIBLE. And every time my mother asked for help or assistance, she got all attitude from the staff. We will NEVER stay or recommend this place to anyone. I WILL be asked for my money back!

They owe me the initial deposit I paid to reserve the room. I contacted Expedia about this and received zero help. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had.

Absolutely loved the staff! Front desk was amazing, giving us so many tips! The only reason I took one star away was for the air conditioning. It was not good, it was very hot outside so really needed some cold air. We all had to sleep on top of the blankets. Once they renovate the building we will be back. The bar bbq the best jerk chicken and just had a great time there!!!!

Between Expedia and Bikini Beach I drove 5 hours to get there to find out my reservation was canceled. I had a confirmation that I requested 5 days prior to the stay.

It’s a beachfront room. That’s it. If it wasn’t for the beach it’s just a junky hotel. We stayed because it was the 4th of July and everything else was sold out…

Carpet was not very clean and smelled stale. Ceiling had "ghost bunnies" hanging from it. One of the headboards was broken off of the wall. kitchen amenities was 2 butter knife, 1 fork, and 1 spoon.

There were roaches in the bathroom. The most filthy place we have ever stayed. I put towels on the carpet so we could walk. Thru. We worked so hard to afford our vacations and this was the absolute worst. They were “booked up” but there s no way any other room there would have been okay. No one came to clean our room. No wash clothes towels nothing. They didn’t even bother to make our bed. You guys should literally be ashamed of your operation.

Beach access was easy and stay was peaceful.

It was our first time staying here at Bikini Beach. It stated on the description that every room has a balcony but that isn't true if you are in the rooms on the far-left side or far right side you don't have access to a balcony you just have big windows that you can't open that face the beach. We weren't allowed to check in until after 4pm and they still didn't have our room ready, so we still had to wait to be able to get into the room. We were able to go ahead and use the beach and pool while we waited. When we got to the room the air wasn't working properly in one side of the unit with the kitchen and bedroom but the other side that had the two beds in it air worked well but, their TV didn't work. Also, the toilet wasn't cleaned very well. The part you see standing over it was but getting in the bathtub to bath the kids you could see the nasty ring all around the top. Very disgusting. Also, the morning of check out we still had an hour before checkout time as we were packing up everything to go load the car and they were coming in the room to try to come in to clean and I haven't even turned the keys in yet. Other than those few issues it was a pleasant stay.
